Thank you very much for your opinion! The intro was initially planned for a version of the game that would be three times longer, but in the end, we couldn't add the other two zones.
After the Jam ends, we plan to refine it a bit, so your feedback on the intro is very valuable to us. We're glad you enjoyed it. Thank you so much!
Thanks for your feedback!
We appreciate your compliments on the game's art and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unfinished protagonist sprite.
Regarding the writing, we understand your concerns about the excessive dialogue. We will work on making the intro more concise and improving the coherence of character interactions.
In terms of gameplay, we acknowledge your observations on movement mechanics and camera visibility. We'll address these issues to enhance the overall experience.
Thanks for understanding the limitations of a jam game. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate it!
Hey there! We're a team of four friends: 2 programmers, a music composer, and a UI designer. Right now, we're on the lookout for two talented artists to join us for an upcoming game jam. We need a skilled 2D artist who can create amazing portraits and character illustrations. And we're also looking for a pixel artist who can rock the enemy, player, and environment assets. Feel free to use free assets, but we'd love to see your original creations! By the way, if you're a writer, we could really use your help in fleshing out the idea too!
We've got an exciting game concept and a solid image concept ready to go. We just need someone to help us bring our vision to life with stunning artwork. If you're interested in teaming up and being part of this awesome game development project, please reach out!
Shoot us a message on Discord at Arixsu#7913. Speaking Spanish would be a major plus since most of our team speaks Spanish, but no worries, we're all fluent in English too. Can't wait to hear from you and create something amazing together!
I love the idea that, rather than choosing buffs each level, you choose your next debuff. It has a lot of potential as a concept! However, it might become a little repetitive after a while. Therefore, with more time, you could add more variations and unusual elements that could make the game more entertaining! Overall, it is a really solid idea and implementation of the theme, and it's really creative!
Great game! I had a lot of fun playing it. The music and cute graphics were really nice. The thumbnail art was also well done. However, I think the dash and the theme could have been implemented better. Overall, you did a really great job! maybe the boss fight was kinda frustating, because the enemy spawning there wasnt fun, but it was a great experience!
Thank you for your kind words and feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the art. As for the gameplay, we agree that a tutorial section and better difficulty curve could improve the overall experience. We appreciate your suggestions and will keep them in mind for future updates or projects. Thank you again for playing!
Thank you! There is a sound that plays when you lose health in the installable version. That version has bug fixes and difficulty adjustments that were not reflected in the WebGL version. I didn't finish the health bar in time, that's true. The goal was to survive for 5 minutes, as the description says. Thanks a lot for your comments! We are happy that you like our mechanic.
Really fun game! I played the newest version and didn't feel a slow start. It's really enjoyable and even though I haven't finished it yet, I'm liking it a lot. I'm looking forward to finishing it since it's much longer compared to all the other games I've played in the jam, but in a good way. There's a lot of content to play, and it's not just one level. The mechanic of catching bullets and shooting them back is really great, and I like that the game makes you focus more on dodging than shooting and encourages you to shoot intelligently with the limited amount of bullets you have. The game is great! I would like a bit more polish in the visuals, but overall, it's a solid game!
It's a really cute game with nice visuals and great sound! The gameplay is simple but relaxing. I like the idea of limited respiration, but I wish there were more bubble spawns as it made the game difficult not because of the gameplay, but because of the lack of bubbles. Overall, the game is really cool and I enjoyed playing it.
I really enjoyed the fish theme and how it was implemented in the game for the jam. The gameplay is really fun and I found it amusing when the recharge bullets were accidentally shot outside of the screen and I had to wait for them again. It was a bit frustrating but in a funny way. Overall, the game is really solid and well-made
The movement is unique and takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite fun. The grappling mechanic is really great and feels really nice!
The graphics and sound are good, but with some additional polish, the game could really stand out. Overall, I think it has a lot of potential and could make for a great full game. Keep up the good work!

It is really confusing, but it just feels cool. It feels like it was made to make you feel that way, so that's cool. But the gameplay is strange in the sense that I don't understand what to do or if I'm winning or losing. It's fun, looks and sounds cool, but the gameplay is just weird. With a bit more polish, it would be really, really cool. Great job!
My game! Really first finished game for a jam! It was a lot of fun! Hope you like it; https://itch.io/jam/bullet-hell-jam-2023/rate/2054280
The visuals are amazing! Although the mechanics for controlling the rolling ball may seem strange at first, you quickly get the hang of it, just in time for the first enemy spawn. It's really fun to try and get a high score, and the game fits the theme really well. You start with limited energy and space, but breaking those limits and expanding feels satisfying. The destructibility feature really makes it stand out, and all the effects are amazing. For a 3D game made in a jam, I absolutely love it!
This could easily be a fully released game that I would personally buy. You did a wonderful job!
The actual hitbox of the bullets is only the glowing blue part. They aren't really that big; they only give that impression, but it would surely be clearer with a smaller sprite, like a literal circle. Thanks for your feedback. I will look forward to changing some of the sprites to give a better indication of the bullets' true size.
The indication of damage is the sound that plays in the installable version. The webgl version removes it, but it is truly a shame that time didn't give me the opportunity to finish the lifebar system for the player. I think the same about the lack of indication, and it's the first thing I want to fix. Thank you so much!
I actually thought the same, but the game becomes really passive and easy once there is no real motive to constantly shoot. The movement is kind of hard, but you actually get used to it really quickly! Thanks for the feedback. I will try to make a smoother introduction to the movement system. The collectibles were never planned and aren't present. It was mentioned that the objective in the story was to collect the parts of the ship to repair it. It may be a bit confusing in the description. Thanks! I will check it and fix it because it's truly misleading. Thank you so much for your feedback! It really helps a lot, and I will try to fix those errors after the jam!
