I loved the implementation of the Miniature theme and the fact that the Gameplay is realistic enough for a Bread protagonist that has to use it's own health as a weapon to defend itself and has to avoid being crumbled into tiny pieces, that was genius.
The only issue that I had with this version of the Game is that the Background Parallax was incredibly fast, to the point that it became kinda nauseating to play through the stage, as I couldn't keep up with the Structure of the level nor the characters themselves for longer periods of time because the background was in constantly hyperspace drive whenever I moved.
But other than that, this game was GREAT and the experience overall was incredibly positive.
Keep up with the good work!

I'm mostly an Unity Developer, which uses C# as its main programming language, although I also know how to program in Python, C++ and HLSL/GLSL. I'm also getting used to using Godot's Engine and it's GDScript + C# software architeture.
I've participated in many GameJams over the last 2 years, with many of my Games being simple hypercasual games. I've gained a lot of recognition for my work in the GameJamPlus competiions, to which I've worked amongst a very talented group and together we've received in total 11 awards for the games, those being Itsy Bitsy Spider and Friends and Amazon Blocks. For this reason I think I work better with gamedev when I'm teamed up with someone. It took 11 GameJams to finally reach to this experience of winning something :')
Despite that, I still have a looooong path to walk through and I've got a lot to learn both as a programmer and as a tech artist aswell.
Depending on the Project, I mostly prefer to use the Aseprite for PixelArt games, as the style is a lot simpler and quicker to do, especially in 48-72 hours gamejams, but if it's a 3D project, I try to use Photoshop, Blender and the Engine's Built-In Shader Tools, if we want to add those to the game.
My idea for the GameJam theme was to try and create a Relaxing Tower Builder game, in which you had to build towers using primitive shapes.
At first I was thinking of trying to make the gameplay to have each tower that you create shrink down overtime while the spawning shapes would stay the same size and it would be an inifite loop until you we're satisfied with your creation. Unfortunately I messed up with my times and organization for the GameJam and I wasn't able to execute this type of mechanic flawlessly, but I'm happy with what I made here with this game and It's the old saying of which "It takes up to 10-20 Bad Games in order to make the One game that will be great and realized" and no matter how bad the game ends up being. We laugh at the mistakes, we learn from the experience and we keep sailing forward to the next amazing adventurous GameJam!
This game was pretty fun.
The art and music were absolutely great (Especially the Background Art).
I think you could add more feedback for the typing effect when it completes succesfully the name or for the enemies when the reaper kills them.
It would also be pretty cool if there was some death animation to the enemies, or maybe they turn into a ghost and the reaper collects them whenever you score a point(just an idea).
But overall this game was amazing and really fun to play.
Good Job and good luck at the Indieapocalypse Jam!
Wow... I'm speechless. I loved every single second of this game.
The atmosphere that this game brings to the Player is astounding and with the simple, yet beautiful visuals and 3D models, made this possibly one of the best games on this entire jam.
It just made me feel really good and peaceful with myself playing this and this was by far the best part about this game, in my opinion.
Congratulations to you guys, keep making more games!
Awesome Game! My only complaint about this game is that the enemies sometimes spawn too close to the Player (especially the Melee ones), making it a little bit unfair to play.
But other than that, this is a fantastic and really well done arcade shooter experience with amazing graphics and music. Easily, one of my favorite games from this Jam. Great Job!!
Incredible aesthetic and use of the theme.
I also loved that the music is played by the player himself and it creates a pleasant mood that, even with the chaotic controls, still manages to create a fantastic experience.
Absolutely loved this game, one of my favorites so far.
Well done, keep making games!!
I loved the gameplay mechanics, although I thought the difficulty early on was a little too hard, considering how the tutorial showed the basics in a easy way to understand, with easy obstacles and easy enemies to avoid , but on the next stage the difficulty of the game increased significantly and it kinda became a trial and error experience, for me at least.
But overall, it was still pretty fun! Loved the parallax effect and the artstyle, and the mechanics themselves are really neat. Congratulations!
