False Positive

"Wacatac..B!ml"  is machine learning trying to find out

this month they changed the algorithm as it seems and **it detects on the mildest shit even on itch.io** (please stay on safe known good sites and dont download from shady and think its safe))

- click on the windows pop-up and after that click on "history", should be the 3rd option and allow the download from there
or
- disable your live detection in your antivirus, its detecting the link to be malicious or thinking after download its malicious

if you want to double check if your file is safe

the downloaded .7z file should be 1.04GB (1.119.555.431 Bytes) big (check via properties)

"Dupe Debug" build was made to track down the dupe glitch that is difficult to catch

If you get an error on loading - go to main menu without saving the game and DM me your .sav file (sav files are stored in appdata\local\votv\saved\savegames)

And yeah the Exit window popup can also make the menu function a bit more pretty

Yeah ik, i could put a block for ai on some spots but it will affect ALL npcs, kerfurOs and other entities
Ill see if it can be fixed later, i dont know much about ai atm and ai is just wacky overall

Not scrubbable because the old window supported only flat surface, new window consists of 3 separate windows which creates some problems. Will be implemented in the future

Binoculars themselves would be cool, like an improved zoom function
This stuff can be implemented in some way, but idk about the shower cleaning. Unless the artist still got the clean version of the texture

1:1 any resolution, but if you want to have a rectangle poster - add transparent background and keep the image 1:1

Experimental got some problems: kerfurO pathfinding doesnt work properly, objects get duped sometimes, a few more minor glitches

Stable release should come out soon in a few days

In the paper interface you can see the Blue button - it will create a nametag you can put on any object

There will be more stuff in the future, 07 took a while to come out due to some heavy features like the base, assets, debugging, new code etc.

After i fix all critical bugs ill release 07 update officially. The next 071 update will bring some new features, perhaps new entities

The issue with stacking objects in votv is that all items are kinda "unique", some objects carry too much unique variables like Float values, strings etc, so i cant use Minecraft method of stacking. I can mark some items unstackable like batteries, paper, labeled items etc, and keep food and trash stackable.
And no, it displays the volume of one item, i will implement this in the next patch or smth

Speaking of detection camera - i was planned something similar - a trail cam, that will take photos if something is moving in its FOV. Recording a real video in the game will probably take alot of resources, if its even possible in unreal engine

Idk if video recording in game is even possible lol, maybe with a plugin but im not sure. Ill take a look if theres anything like this
