Lovely! I liked the yarn mechanic and thought it was impressive for a jam game! Cutest cats ever and the music reminded me so much of animal crossing omg

ohh the aesthetics were definitely on point, especially the music brought it all together imo. i feel like one to improve this would be making it easier to predict where a teleporter will take you? so it's still chaotic because the teleporters are randomly spawned inside all that mess and the game will feel more fair, but that's just my opinion. but still, fun!
woah i didnt expect to find anything like this in a jam this short. i really liked the voice acting and the interpretation of Nyx's appearance!
sometimes things would break, for example i could walk through a wall at some point and the light creatures started to walk on air (or maybe they always could? idk). good luck for the part 2! i would love to see it
the overall aesthetic (colors, music, sounds and the filter) were all so perfect!!
it started as such a relaxing experience at first but then apparently i was too chaotic for the game and the music started changing and i got a little spooked. considering a lot of indie horror games have this aesthetic i could help associate the 2 LOL.
loved this entry, grats!
There's so much I love about this, from the music to the art to the gameplay to the titleee it's really good congrats ;w;
I love how it was made in PICO8!! I'm sure it wasn't easy. I wish there was another way to survive other than the shield, like some power to temporarily shoo away the kobolds but it's no big deal I'll gladly press CTRL + R when I lose lol
the chaotic energy of this game is something else ahah. the music, the sprites, the animations, they're all great! gameplay is fun too, but it did feel a little too hard. maybe increasing the healing from 5 to 10 could help. sometimes i would also get combo'd by the other students and it felt a little unfair.
You know when you hit a block in a Mario game and a powerup comes out and that block's sprites changes? That's basically what I'm trying to achieve. I need a way to detect the player's collision with the block and to change the sprite.
If anyone has a link to some documentation, a tutorial or can explain a good way to do it, it would be really helpful as I'm pretty new to making games and to godot and I'm feeling a bit lost lol
