Absolutely great.

At the start, I was like "ok another snake clone" but at least it was playing well and its was visually great.

but transforming it in an adventure game was a great surprise and it was great to play.  Good puzzles too.

10/10, don't change anything!

I nearly missed the upgrade you could purchase because you need to leave the level select screen so it is very easy to overlook.

I also could not unlock the jetpack because I could not get extra items with the grappling hook. I think I am supposed to use it at the beginning of the third level but Its reach also too limited or I couldn't get the timing right with the double jump.

But overall this is a cool game with some nice peaks of difficulty and replaying with the upgrade feel nice/easier each time

using time dilatation in an idle game works quite well. I think 10 minutes in the progress was still 0% but after the last few upgrade it went at light speed.

My only wish would be to have small things to do in between upgrade, even if they are not of consequence.

But overall I really enjoyed it and finished it (which is not the case for many idle games in this jam). Awesome job.

Really cool submission. The physicality of the bullet and enemies make for an interesting gameplay.

I like that depending of your movement you could lose some of your bullet,

I think this idea but with a bit more juice and feedback could really be cool.

Pretty straightforward but it works really well. Simple controls and simple goals are great to immediately get into it and want to do as much as possible.

With the current balancing this is pretty difficult to avoid the hot wind which is a bit shame because it cane make you feel a bit powerless.

Overall excellent game, I enjoyed playing it a lot.

Really fantastic game. Some mechanic are a bit unusual to learn at first (with the two extra weight) and some collision are a bit funky, but overall this is really rad.

Very good progression with the puzzle. The introduction of the button make some interesting puzzles that are a bit more mechanical which feel great.

Really well done!

Really really neat.

The game really nail the climbing. It is hard and you need to plan your route. Excellent.

I needed some time to get use to the controls. Somehow I wanted to hold the mouse button to hold my grip and that was screwing up my timings.

But overall I really had a blast. I will return to the game to finish it later on.

This is definitively very different from other games I played for this JAM and I liked the hommage to Getting Over It. And congrats for the writting, I thought you were able to say a lot on the theme and experience and what it represent. I really enjoyed it.

Does the moon and the sun actually depend on the computer's clock. I thought it was a really nice touch.

I really like the minimalism in the visual and music. It's overall very clean and slick.

The also enjopyed very much the gameplay. The mechanic of climbing is I think very original and interesting to play. Like others, I was stuck in the last level because I didn't fully understand how stacked blocks works but in the end I figured it out and that was satisfying (a bit frustrating too)

But overall a top notch experience. I really enjoyed it.

The gameplay can seem too simple at first but this is amazing how challenging it actually is. I got better when I realised to be safe I just had to change if it was a low number of high number but even with this trick it still became challenging quite fast. But after dying you still want to try again.

Awesome job.

A fascinating entry. Start with a basic mechanic in a strange world but the fact that the gameplay evolve for each level makes it very interesting to play and pick your curiosity to know how the gameplay change in the next level.

I really enjoyed it. Fantastic job!

I am very impressed by how much items and enemies you have. It really keep you playing to see more of it. The game is also quite varied with lots of interesting subtlety like some enemies letting the dice pass and other blocking them.

The game is a bit chaotic but I think this is part of the fun but that sometimes make it difficult to understand what is happening with the different game system.

Pretty impressive work.

Very nice. I like how the attacks are varied and feel satisfying. Just kicking a dice in the void is pretty satisfying :)

I like how the randomness is used in the game. It feels hectic but you always get the upper hand (until there is so much enemies on the level)

Very well done ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A cool idea that is well executed. I like that where the dice fall is actually affecting the gameplay. I would have liked that how I shoot the dice would have a greater effect how they fall though but that is still a fun mechanic. I like also how the game get exponentially difficult as a spawn rate raise.

The main issue I had was the lack of depth perception. the whole background is black so this is difficult to see how high is the ground compared to the height of the space ship and spawn dice.

But overall I really like how clean everything thing. Well done!

This is game is bullshit in a Bennett Foddy way :D In other words its frustrating good. Climbing very slowly for 10 minutes and just falling at the bottom. My kind of enjoyment :p

More seriously, yes it's hard but that's what makes it interesting. I think the game could be a bit gentler, especially at the beginning to let you understand the jumping mechanic.

Aaaaah yeah it make sense. :D

Simple but engaging. I was stuck on this game for quite some time :)

After some time, the randomness of the dice don't matter much since the player is just relying on an average. But it still create some tension especially at the beginning.

My highscore so far (which I am pretty happy about):

very nice puzzler with some good level design. I really enjoyed playing it and discovering new mechanics.

I wanted to finish it but I got stuck in this level. (now I write that and I guess I have to burn the first spikes, is that right?)

The game is more on the easy side, yes.

There is a hard mode if you press [3] on the title screen. But as you said, it's also fun to play without too much risks. It still tickle the brain to find the safest option :)

Thank for playing!

The game is really gorgeous looking. The character, animation, colours, etc is top notch. Amazing work.

The battle system is a bit too simple because the dice element doesn't really change so much how to play the game, it mainly add a level of tension.

But I am still amazed by the art style. I love it.

I really enjoyed the game. The feedback and flow are top notch and I could test dice all day :)

Really cool idea. I love how the game feels and how much feedback you get. I really appreciate that. I would have liked to have more ways to influence the randomness or strategise but overall I really liked playing the game.

Well done!

The presentation is really cool. The character are super well done and expressive. And the card box animation plus how the scenery change is definitively an A+. Really great job.

It took me a while to understand that the action you choose was affected by the dice you didn't choose (despite reading the description) simply because I thought it was about the dice on the side (for some reason). I also didn't understood why some dice are red.

But after a bit I got really into it and the battles are very engaging. Very nice flow and strategy.

I had an issue with my defence though. It seems when I was refilling my defence (the blue bar) it went down to zero for the next turn. Not sure why but it feels like a bug.

Thanks.

At first the dice were all white and it was a nightmare to find matches, so I added the colours.

After picking the pastel colours, I thought it looked vaguely familiar to show dice like that, but I couldn't say from where. So thank you for pointing that out because the colours totally reminds me of Devil Dice. :)

Damn it! 🤦‍♂️

Thanks for pointing that out, the score was a last minute addition and obviously not tested enough 😅

(Playdate 4 ever!!!)

It was super fun and extremely well done. It has a similar vibe to Baba is you, maybe easier and better suited for my brain. It is very satisfying when you realize how the stuff is actually working. Really really cool experience.

But the Level design is excellent and has great balance between teaching you how to play and actually be challenging and having ah ah moments. This is not a small feat.
I am looking for your next game :)

It's very challenging to play but I like the idea and feel of the game. The rope tighting up for example was really well done. The combo system is also a good addition to make the game a bit more strategic.

The game also look really good. So overall a very good gam. Nicely done!

I like how simple but engaging the idea is. I think the concept could be developed further and even expanded with eardoping conversation, taking notes on the callers, who they are, who they talk to etc.. There is a lot of potential there.

Very funny game to play!

I think my favorite is link two baddies together and hear the "BONG" when bumb with each other. It's comedy gold.

It feels quite complete for a 3d game and well put together overall. The color tones between the two dimensions works very well and the combat is straightforward but works well too.

The concept of switching between dimensions fits well the theme IMO but lack some strategic decision or choice. It is mainly trial and error.

Well done :)

The number of cards is limited and it is a bit difficult to see how a choice will affect the team or the game but I really like the idea of showing the relationship between each team member. I think that is an interesting concept.

It's a very satisfying jump mechanic but it is a bit too challenging to successfully aim and dash through enemies especially in the second level where you need to stay in the air so it becomes pretty hectic. But overall this is really fun and I love the art style using only outlines. It's cool unique and also improve visibility.

It's good idea that is trickier than it seems. I especially liked how physics is used to move the boxes.

Wow! I really had a good time with this game! I was totally into it. Thank you for making it.

I think having the rope length being the limitation with three climbers was a really good idea. It is not too difficult but still you need to consider your moves to be able to progress. That was just the right balacing for me to keep me engaged and bring me to the end.

The big moment for me was the following gap. It was tough (and I am still not sure what is the right technique to pass it) but it was also very tense. Having two climbers dangling is really stressful. So when I finally had a guy on the other side, I was so happy.

So overall it is a really fun game that uses really well the theme. I loved it!

The learning curve is steep but when it clicks it feels really to chain the switch between the characters. I feel that zooming out the camera would help making these moves but that's the kind of details that can be tough to balance with only 48 hours :)

Well done!

Nice game. It feels good to get  super long convoy and to circle an enemy that as no chance to survive. A goal is kind of missing but as a game jam entry it demonstrates well that the core loop is already working well.

Nice job overall :)

The idea is good and It plays well, what can we ask more? :)

I think the few last levels use really well the main mechanic.

Really great idea. It plays well and is really fun. When you start to stack up cannon blocks it feels really awesome. There is a lot of potential there.

I just would have hoped to be longer which is a good problem to have I guess :)

I love how the different parts are used to assemble puzzles. It gets really tricky but that's so well put together. Really excellent work!
