Thank you for playing!

Yeah! I didn't realize until I was making the track for the last level that 'oh yeah I can make these longer', so I was trying to make real short loops that didn't get too annoying but still had a little character. Definitely will be keeping that in mind for the future. Thanks for playing!

Yeah I think less slide-y ness and a slow descent might have helped make the platforming a little less chaotic. I learned some good lessons from this one! Thanks for playing!

in awe at the amount of content! Pretty cool to have upgrades and skill tree like progression and multiple characters and custom color options. Nice concept, good work!

Thanks for the kind words! If I were to make a platformer again, I would definitely try to and tinker around with the physics a bit more to fit the scope of the levels I was making.

Thanks for playing! It's definitely really jank and I learned some lessons for how I would have to go about create more defined platforms and have more consistent visuals to not confuse the player lol but it was fun to make!

I like the tower defense take on the limitation and thought it was fun! I really like the animation of the little dude running! good work!

I wasn't quite able to make sense of it in the brief time I played, but I really liked the idea I was seeing. I liked being able to pin the bugs down to stop their advance and the idea of combining things together. I think there is a pretty compelling puzzle concept here!

Thank you for checking it out!

Nice little stealthy puzzle-y game. The lighting effect looked nice and help with adding to the tension of the atmosphere. Good work!

Thanks for checking it out, glad you appreciated the art style!

Glad you liked it, thanks for playing!

solid shooting game! The visuals were really nice and I liked the reload mechanic for the gun. fun little game!

Yeah I wish I had had more time to experiment with the mechanics a bit. Thanks for playing!

Yeah I was frustrating myself with my own level design at the end but didn't get to go back and refine it. Thanks for checking it out!

I couldn't quite figure out how to progress pass the initial area, but I liked the animations and the whole opening sequence was entertaining!

Love a nice auto battler! Good work!

Cute little puzzle game, great sprites and fun concept!

I really like this one, though I don't think the isometric view pairs well with the control scheme. That said I love the concept. I don't know if it was intended but it was fun figuring out a way to make it to the other platforms by getting a line of the dudes going and making a little train bridge to the other side. Was fun figuring that bit out. Good work!

I didn't mind the really intense bullet-hellish approach but I think the controls needed to feel a little tighter and more responsive to making weaving in and out feel compelling. Still a neat idea, good work!

Nice idea and sprite work! Had a few games where I just spawned in a rock and lost instantly and I couldn't get the parry mechanic to work for me, but I think the concept is fun!

I couldn't quite get to the point where I could try and animate something before I was getting hunted down, but I like the concept quite a bit, would be a cool idea to flesh out into something bigger.

Really cool idea for a puzzle game and there's a lot of room to expand on the concept too!

This is cool! Really cute and simple arcade concept with great execution.

Thank you for your kind words, they really mean a lot! I hope you have an amazing new year as well!

Very sweet and whimsical interactive experience! Excellent presented too with the art and music, you create a vivid image of a magical little world that feels so warm and cozy in such a short amount of time. Great work!

Thanks for playing!

What a lovely little rhythm game. Beautiful presentation and beautiful music, love the write up providing the historical context for the Chinese folk tale. Great work by everyone involved!

Thank you for the kind words!

Yes, GB Studio is for making Game Boy games! It's really cool and I've been using it for a while to learn game development stuff and it's fun working within the limitations. I think you can download right here on itch!

I did want to add a little more flavor and text depending on the outcome of the coin flip/alternate endings based on the wells chosen and flips result, but couldn't quite get it to come together how I wanted to in time, so I left it to the imagination in the end lol!

Thank you, I appreciate it!

It's really tricky lining everything up just right, but I love the idea and had fun playing it! I like the little delay between the result of the flip and the action, giving you just enough time to begin planning your movement out. Great work!

Had no idea it could even do that! Thanks for playing and teaching me something lol!

Thank you for playing!

I really liked this one. The atmosphere and story built around the straight forward interpretation of the coin flips to determine the endings are engaging and pull you into this small little world and the quick nature of the playthroughs make going for the different endings really entertaining. Great work!

Thanks for checking it out!

I like the use of coins as a resource and the concept behind managing the different coins in combat. There's solid potential there for some strategic depth!

This is a really cool take on the limitation. I love the wallet-building aspect from a flavorful and mechanical standpoint. Great music and art as well, awesome job to everyone involved!

Great game! The use of the coin to add different bonuses is a nice touch and the overall presentation was great, reminded of playing old flash games in the mid 2000s in the best way!

A simple idea with excellent execution. Nice quality of life features with the reset and rewind, the graphics do exactly what they need to do and I like the green and brown background look nice with the coin, and the little shiny animation is a great little flourish. Amazing job!

I wasn't able to make heads or tails of it (ha), but I like the concept and running around chasing stuff. I couldn't get the youtube tutorial to come up, but I think it's cool that you made one for it!
