Kevin ciaooo, non sapevo partecipassi pure tu! molto carino questo gioco, prende spunto da un sacco di giochi simili che girano in particolare su cellulare, primo fra tutti il salone di tolettatura per cani(per fare un esempio). hai usato il tuo solito engine construct3? un grande in bocca al lupo con questa jam, purtroppo non essendo stato io a consegnare il gioco non posso lasciarti un voto.

- stuck with flyd drones in certain passage.
- immortality after obtaining 1st LifeTank (a big red cylinder)
- an invisible block that i've had for speed testing of the latest room
- interferences with roof blocks and bomb drones in the first corridor
thanks to U for your tips. i'm NOT a real developer, i'm mainly a pixel artist. but during jam our developer had problems at home and had quit the jam, so the last month with my knowledges in GameMakerStudio I set the game, the mechanics, the level design and this is the result. i know lacks in enemy AI and in character movements. difficult are high i know but i've set the % of drop healing and stamina from enemies at an highest value ( about 45-66% on death). so today i try to create a video playing full game in the 1.5.5 version to understand in a better way your opinions. very thanks again
(Played with a Ps4 compatible Joypad) funny game, i very like the boss battle even often it kill me without visible collision.
seems inspired by ritual of the night (it's a game i don't like though i played it till the end). to improve: -I don't like the graphic style of the game. -the video camera points to the feet of the character and maintains too much visibility to the ground compared to the sky. - I like the fast pace in games of this type too but it shouldn't hinder the action sequences. without changing the speed of movement you would just set a different response on the joystick through the dead-zone. I found it very difficult to land accurately on small platforms. -immense map and no reference points also due to internal areas too similar to each other. better the exterior. to add a minimap or at least a radar -enemies don't have takedowns and this doesn't pair well with the action considering the character does NOT have a backdash system to dodge. dash is also useless for crossing enemies. -enemies have no drops and this in the end made me continue killing only those I was forced to do to continue
very annoying for me to have to play it without the joypad stick. a little too slow in moving, proceeding by jumps is much better. the combat is quite simple: just hit repeatedly and you're invincible. the boss doesn't have an AI yet, I assume, but I like his intro. unclear stage design in some rooms. could be improved in several respects.

shame about the video resolution and an unpleasant flickering on the screen when I move the character. maybe it depended on the fullwindow size? and sorry but when i die near to starting point i've no way to skip dialogues. and so in certain site of game (as when character found the empty can of oils)
physics to be reviewed, the idea of the oil backdrops is good but then also the characters and mainstage should be on the subject. some map and collision bugs: twice I got stuck in the game when I collided with an enemy. sometimes you can jump against the walls, the somersault does not allow you to climb over enemies
