Im sorry to hear that, i've never heard of such a thing happening. Were you on the web build or windows build? And which area were you in? I will definitely look into it for a post-jam fix.

This has all the ingredients for a great rhythm game. High skill ceiling plus very satisfying to improve at. I loved it I was trying to full combo the default song on hard, but there's a little glitch where sometimes your electrons don't join together when you release the right stick that kept messing up my combo.
Out of all the games i've played this one has the most potential to be expanded into a full game! Really well done!

we REALLY wanted to add a leaderboard to see who would spend the most time just chilling with the CEO at the end but there was no time. I think you would have won though.

Cool Idea! Very intuitive to play because of the tooltips.

Very complete game for a jam, there's a really solid core mechanic, really cool levels that have you using the mechanic in really creative ways, great presentation. Overall very cohesive game, one of my favorites for sure!

I love idle games but i've never seen one like this before. Definitely leans more towards A Dark Room or Universal Paperclips than like Cookie Clicker or something. UI reminds me of Melvor Idle but I prefer the gameplay in this. It's very to the point and you scale in power very quickly.
Awesome game!

I love hylics so hearing that makes me very happy! Thank you

Every Serious Fizzness fan is Employee of the Moment in my eyes!

Deep in the sewers or deep in a literary sense?

Just a cool game overall. Most unique interpretation of the theme that i've seen so far plus the email scenarios are very funny. Its cool how little branches of story come together through the emails. Very well put together.

I know that's the card jitsu gong sound effect you can't fool me. Cool game btw.

Anyone who likes Serious Fizzness is Employee of the Moment to me

Very cute, I love the bee even though he's an absolute menace

If Dhafo replies to this comment with a bone pun I will film myself drinking 4 litres of condensed milk and then embed the video into this comment.

Hey man im overjoyed that you liked the game! You're lucky because I originally had set the goal at 450k and only realized at the last second that that was insane haha, thank god for the 1 hour extension. Just out of curiosity, did you end up making it to the ending?

thank you, I wanted to add more enemies / defenders later on but ran out of time. Maybe in the future I’ll come back to this.

This is going to be the best part of the summoning salt video for sure

you become the heroes, after defeating the demon boss you become the demon boss, after defeating the heroes you become the heroes, after defeating the demon boss you become the demon boss after defeating the heroes you become the heroes, after defeating the demon boss you become the demon boss, after defeating the heroes you become the heroes, after defeating the demon boss you become the demon boss after defeating the heroes you become the heroes, after defeating the demon boss you become the demon boss, after defeating the heroes you become the heroes, after defeating the demon boss you become the demon boss after defeating the heroes

I spent a lot of time trying to beat this but I think the biggest problem with the difficulty is having the buttons randomized. It means you can get lucky and get a much easier or harder layout and that you can never get used to them (I assume that's the reason that you did it). If there were pre-set buttons I think it would make the game a lot easier, at least for those who are persistent.
With that being said it's a cool idea and very well made. The visuals and the music fit together perfectly with the gameplay and it feels very cohesive. Great job.

Reminds me of insaniqarium in a weird way, saving up for the different asteroids to see what they do and I had a blast getting the top spot on the leaderboard (Boykal). Actually one of the best games of the jam super underrated at the moment.

Super polished game the movement has a good sense of momentum which makes the grappling hook super fun to use. The combat strikes a good balance of difficulty that is rare in game jam games. And the way the skeletons fall apart is very satisfying. The platforming parts are really hard though and without checkpoints it makes them pretty frustrating. Overall excellent game.

It's fun to mow down enemies, it's a shame the sounds are missing because I think they would take this game to another level. The aesthetic is awesome. Well done.

Thanks the idea kind of came from an "inverse pac-man" concept which was like what if he always had the power pellet but then lost it when he got hit

some would call it a recoil problem, I like to think of it as a recoil solution :)

Good idea, excellent execution. It is really hard to coordinate all your ghosts at the speed the game goes so if you're going to work on this after the jam I think having an option to make a ghost follow pac-man by clicking him would be good and maybe just slow the whole game down a bit so there's more time to think. Other than that this game is perfect and very fun.

Super good interpretation of the theme, well executed. If I could add something it would be some kind of wall / obstacle to hide behind as the zombies to give them a bit more of a chance. Sometimes the change from zombie back to human was a bit jarring and I would take a lot of damage before I realized I had switched. Still an incredibly creative concept and very well executed I can't believe this was made in javafx AND in 48 hours.

I'm a sucker for games like this that blend puzzles with micromanagement and this is an excellent entry. The music is good but it gets a bit repetitive. The sound effects are perfect, placing blocks is super satisfying and overall I really like this game.

I love the concept, our team actually talked about doing a reversed "idle game" and calling it an "active game" as a joke but I feel like this is an actual manifestation of that concept. If there was a little bit more to micro manage to make this hectic I think it would be a great experience but as it is now it's just a bit too easy. Still very well done for the time frame.

Great idea, well executed and a very nice aesthetic the art and music all fit together well. Building the boss is super interesting and if the heroes grinding glitch was fixed I could spend hours trying out different bosses. Will definitely be waiting for a post-jam version of this one.

This is a super clever concept.  I love how the spectators actually swarm in and you don't just lose immediately it adds a lot to the experience. The music gets a bit repetitive.  It's an interesting balancing act and a very good jam entry.

Duuude I swear every time Gabriel does something wacky it's awesome. This is my favourite game since allocate I just wish I could skip the cutscene because I'm going for the world record on this one

The art is simple but it's consistent. The controls are good and it's fun to play. Dodging is very hard because you kind of need a perfect lineup for it but blocking enemy bullets with your own is very cool. Great work and a very fun game.

There are a lot of moving parts here for a game jam this is very impressive and more so considering how smoothly everything works. I did see the comment about audio before playing, it would be good to have audio on by default because of how important it is to the atmosphere but this is very good and did actually make me jump.

Very cute game, chill music, consistent style throughout and I love the depth that having to move around in the water adds to a simple minigame.

Definitely the best game i've played so far with the concept of "arcade game with a twist". The polish and visual consistency are on another level for a game jam game. I got 25 points!

Very cute and chill game, another Dhafo classic. I always knew Dhafo was a goblin in real life and this game confirms it. Thanks for making the best game of the jam.

Great job I love the cutscene at the start and the only problem with the gameplay is that I wish it lasted longer. It's actually surprisingly satisfying just leading pac-man around. Great original idea and well executed.

Very fun game with a great idea behind it. The presentation is super good too, simple but consistent and looks like it could have been a lost arcade game from the 90s. Excellent job.

Very creative idea! It becomes very hard to get barrels later on and there's a bit of an audio issue with the jump sound effects but still very well done for the game jam.

Very good art style and I'm impressed by how consistent it is. The game is fun I had a bit of a hard time finding the spotlights because of the low render distance. Very good concept and well executed.
