Nice execution on the "build the level for the hero" concept.

Lovely graphics, and just viscerally satisfying to catch things on fire! Great job

Wow, amazing polish and really engaging gameplay. Fantastic job. Cant believe you made this in 48 hours

I'd love to play a post-jam submission with more stealth game mechanics! This game has real potential  :)

Gorgeous art and music. Overall fantastic vibe. I think the gameplay was really interesting! It was a little hard do figure out who to give which quests - working with clearer info on each hero, like maybe stats or a personality blurb or something would help make informed choices. I mostly felt like I was choosing things at random. I think theres some really cool ideas here, and a bit more refining could make this a really interesting game. The aesthetic really is a hook unto itself!

Thanks for checking our game out. Awesome job! Great overall aesthetic. 5/5 presentation for sure. Genuinely really impressed by the level of polish on the intro, sprites, animation, etc. I liked the idea of distracting the angels with gold. Its a shame it never managed to get particularly challenging, because I really loved the concept. Something like hiding in the barrels (which never actually got utilized I think?) to avoid a guard on patrol would've felt really cool. Still a really charming submission. Well done!

Thanks so much for your detailed review. It feels great to hear that folks are finding our game is actually genuinely creepy!

Thanks for checking our game out! You made a cool little game here. I love that you switched the genre of frogger to a runner by shifting the player's perspective to the car. Very creative interpretation of the theme.

If I can offer a bit of constructive criticism, The gameplay was also a little repetitive. It would have been cool to see some kind of progression and introduction of new elements. The frog's hitboxes also were a little ambiguous. There were some moments I thought I'd hit a frog but it didn't register, and others where I hit a frog I thought I'd avoided.

Congrats on finishing the jam!

Thanks for catching that bug. That's the sort of thing we'd probably test for more if it weren't a 48 hour game jam.

Thank you for your feedback. I hope you found the mouse sensitivity slider we put in the options menu! We put the slider in because we know mouse sensitivity is a something people have strong feelings about in first person games. We found that the range the slider provides was enough to tweak the sensitivity to all 5 of the dev's personal tastes, but maybe we didn't give it quite a big enough range to suit folks who prefer sensitivity on the lower end (or have particularly sensitive mice). Sorry the mouse sensitivity didn't work out for you. We appreciate you taking the time to check our game out!

Awesome concept. Love the idea of a micro-rts. You could take this further if you wanted

Love this interpretation of the theme. Great work!

Thanks for rating our game! This is a really nice submission. I never would have thought to turn golf into a racing game. Going over the ramps is really satisfying. If you have more time to work on this, some kind of time to beat could add a sense of urgency. Nice work :)

Thanks for rating our game. This is... strangely terrifying. What is this hell spawn infested house?? You've got a twisted mind and I love it. Great submission!

Thanks so much for checking out our game. There is a victory screen, but its not super easy to reach. Think about how the snake dies in the classic game! :)

Great minds think alike! Thanks so much for checking our version out :)

Super clever concept. Push is You

Holy juice - simple concept but beautiful execution. perfect scope for a game jam - entertaining throughout without being overly complex, and the gameplay actually does get to a good challenge level by the end. Really well done!

Lovely job on the graphics. I like the retro overlay

Great to hear that :)

huh... not a mashup I was expecting to see here. Well done and wtf

Fantastic take on the snake concept. I love the art. Our game is very similar, albeit from a first person perspective!

Love the turn based roguelike mechanics. Nice job cranking that out in 48 hrs. Thanks for reviewing our game!

Thank you!!

hahaha thanks for checking it out!

Thanks so much for playing! Yours was very charming too :)

I wasn't prepared for the hero to come along and eat me. love the idea of playing as a coin instead. The sound adds a lot. Great job!

Thanks so much! Really appreciate you checking out ours as well

This is really charming! Awesome job getting a game made in just 48 hours. I love the idea of reversing the roles of damsel and knight.

Thanks! :)

My god, the end screen audio is everything... I love throwing stuff at the 'hero'. Really sells the feeling of being a powerless goblin. Great submission. Thanks for checking mine out as well!

Thanks for rating our game. Great stuff! My favorite part was the bait and switch at the beginning. I really should've seen that coming considering the name. The landing of the boulder has some really nice juice. If you wanted to take this further, I think you could play up the inertia of the boulder as a mechanic (like a heavier sonic)

Thanks for rating our game! I'm having trouble getting yours going (I'll hold off on rating until I can give it a fair shake). How do I start the race?

Thanks for rating our game! Really nice concept. I love any homage to NES Legend of Zelda.

Thanks for rating our game! Fantastic job! The writing was charming and the interactions were really juicy.

Hey, thanks so much for rating our game. Great art and impressive that you implemented the farming mechanics in such a short time. I found the night phase a bit confusing, but still overall a great submission.

Thanks so much for checking out our game

Thanks for rating our game. Really enjoyed the concept! Especially liked the snake ;)
