Hey Dreamseed!

Glad you like it!! I didn't make it for the Jam, but did do a little bit of modification to the shader to actually get it working on godot 4.1 and then also just to get it dialed in. You can find the shader here:

https://godotshaders.com/shader/ps1-post-processing/

This was also a great resource for other shaders I messed around with but didn't end up using:

https://github.com/MenacingMecha/godot-psx-style-demo

What I used was a bit of the PSX-lit from the github link on models in the game and then post-processing with the first link to get the dithering :)

Hey NightmareFuel!

Thank you for trying out Esoterica in its current state! Also, totally agree with you :D There's a lot of work to do to actually get it in a place where I am comfortable calling this a 0.1.0 build, but I am definitely glad that I was at least able to get something out for the Jam.

If you are interested be sure to follow along and I will be posting the public Trello and a few other things so that people can follow along with development.

Thanks again for playing my broken little game!

Very great breakdown of how this project panned out and the overall process to get it to where it was!

Totally resonate with a lot of these points and, coming from more of a music background, absolutely understand the feeling of needing to have your hard work validated or at least viewed by others -- slowly starting to get past it but it does linger in the back of my mind.

Keep on rockin' cause I definitely enjoyed your game and can't wait to see what things you make next!

Hey Dashbr0!

Definitely a great little experience for your first game. The monster scared the crap out of me the first time I saw it and then I one tapped him and won B)

Would love to have a bit more tension and ambience that sets the atmosphere of the game because there is quite a spooky little world you have going here!

I would also love it if the monster had a bit more health because I had to actually go back and play again since I found the monster the first time in about 15 seconds and won :P If it was more like a boss battle it would be very fun!

Definitely keep on going! Excited to see what you are able to do in the future :D

Thanks for playing!

Definitely follow along with the development if you enjoyed this little broken demo of the game. I have a ton more plans for how to expand upon this game and will be posting often with devlogs, Trello and discord :)

Hey Ghosts of Valhalla team!

Definitely a very cool game with an interesting fog of war system -- really enjoyed that. Would love to see this polished up and developed more :D

A few notes after playing:

  • I did manage to clip out of the map -- not entirely sure how as I had my flashlight off but I was sprinting and just fell right off the map indefinitely hahahaha would probably be good to have some check just in case someone were to fall off the map somehow and reset them to the last known block.
  • I definitely think the in-game user interface could use some polishing, especially when compared to the main menu screen you have. The dialogue boxes, timers, and game over screen could use some similar polish.

What I liked:

  • The fog of war system with the map was super cool! Made exploring the map that much more tense
  • The asset and map design was very nicely put together. Looked great and meshed pretty well together.
  • Enjoyed the music and would definitely like more like others have said!

Hey AlanWu33!

Really awesome entry! I was cracking up once I figured out what was going on -- brought me back to my school days :P

Some notes after playing:

  • Definitely would have liked some sort of indicator or color change on the current letter because my brain went full dyslexic mode and I kept losing track of where I was -- probably more of a me problem though lol
  • I think a small scaling of the difficulty/combo length would have been good at least for ramping up to the boss. All creatures felt relatively samey in terms of difficulty/combo length
  • Would have liked some more SFX to telegraph the visual queues

What I liked:

  • The whole concept of this game is absolutely hilarious but so real that it got me scared to death! Absolutely loved it.
  • The music was an absolute bop and I love the detail of the music cutting out when you switch over to working on your paper -- so funny
  • Clippy makes an appearance in the game 11/10

Hey TheCrd!

Wowza what an absolutely freaking stressful experience. I had an absolute blast playing this game!

I only have one note:

  • I am not sure if I am supposed to be able to continue after selecting that I didn't want to be chased anymore or not -- game got stuck right after I picked that
  • Also, like others have said it would be good to let the player know that you can skip the tutorial. Found out on accident that you could do it by pressing the spacebar.

What I liked:

  • How absolutely freaking stressful it is to have to mash the living hell out of two buttons after hitting a rock, then seeing that big goober staring back at me in my rearview. Lordie I have never mashed two buttons so fast in my life.
  • The music was super awesome :D
  • Loved the art style of the game and the super simple but effective 80's styling. Aesthetic AF

Really really cool experience. Great job!

Hahaha at first I thought something was broken cause I did the thing but made it back to land. Then I tried again after many failed attempts to jump up and voila! My singular jump scare hahaha really fun/funny little entry. 11/10

Hey .Red Team!

Very cool experience you have created!! I definitely experience the anxiety of being chased and loved the retro aesthetic.

Some notes after playing:

  • I definitely think some of the walls could have been a little more visible on screen (think I was playing a weird aspect ratio so they sometimes didn't show up). At the same time though, I really enjoyed the feeling of stumbling upon a room just rubbing against the wall -- gave me a real sense of exploration.
  • Maybe a few, like just a few, more monsters with different mechanics in the future would help really drive the level of tension that already exists in the game. Something to spice up the action aside from the little ghosty boi and giant steak cutlet

What I liked:

  • The art style is super fun -- I loved it so much. So simple, but the reference to Adventure's visual styling is fantastic. I loved it so much.
  • The sound effects are so awesome! Really loved the retro aesthetic -- very well done.

I would love to see this developed more with some added monsters and some easter eggs to truly capture the Adventure vibes. Overall though, fantastic job! Loved it so much.

Hey Devlakh!

I made it through adrenaline! Definitely a cozy little platformer that could be expanded upon and made into something great.

Some notes after playing:

  • I definitely agree with others that the player speed could be increased, but I understand that our little squid buddy is just movin along as quick as he can!
  • I think the auto-jumping could be removed -- there were times when I was first getting used to the controls that the auto jump screwed me up and I fell into an enemy. Not a huge deal though!
  • I definitely think the spooky factor could be increased on the game with much darker colors and maybe some swaps of assets. I did really like the cutesy aesthetic though!

What I liked:

  • I did enjoy the track that you picked for the background music. Definitely adds some tension to an otherwise very cute and chill game :)
  • The jumping itself was very nice. I liked that I was almost gliding along -- very cool!
  • The higher score for more risk is a very cool idea. Would love to see that expanded.

Definitely continue developing out the game and getting some more mechanics/polishing in here :) Cozy little entry

Hey les-createurs!

I too set fire to the school :P I was intrigued by the look of the game and by what I could possibly do, but like others have said I got stuck.

Some notes after playing:

  • I know there is more than what I saw, but I truly have no idea how to advance. The inputs seemed to register extremely late? I am not entirely sure what was going on since the actual spacebar feedback was quick. Something to look into after the Jam!
  • I did enjoy the ring of fire meme but should probably take that out hahaha

What I liked:

  • I think the whole point and click adventure is super under-rated and if you continue to develop this and iron out the issues you could have a nice addition to the genre
  • I liked the old like 1930's noir filter you are using. It definitely adds some nice tension, just wish I could advance further than I did so I could see what else there is to the game!

Keep on going! :)

Hey SSO & ShatteredReality!

Cool little submission with a fun and unique art style!

A couple notes after playing:

  • I didn't run into the monster that much, I did have to go seek it out but it took a little bit because I think he was walking in the opposite direction of me the whole time -- haha. Not that big of a deal. I was just expecting him to hunt me down and try to kill me
  • There were a few times where I ran into strange colliders on the trees. Most trees I could walk behind, but then there were some where I wasn't able to walk behind them. Again, not a huge deal, just thought you should know!

What I liked:

  • The art style was really fun! I liked the hand drawn aesthetic. It added a ton of charm and I just wish there was more, but totally understand the time limitations
  • I thought the fire mechanic was really cool! I loved that I could be a fire bender and hunt down monsters in the dark. Like others have said, it would have been really cool to be able to set the trees or branches on fire in order to channel more energy. Very cool mechanic though.

Totally understand the feeling of not feeling like you achieved your goals prior to the deadline, but it is super impressive that you made a game in a week, released it, and now can get feedback and learn from the whole process! Great job :D Can't wait to see where y'all go from here.

Hey DarkPsy666!

Great little entry into the Jam! I definitely had fun playing through but did get frustrated at times -- not due to the sniper, just some weird bugs.

Some notes after playing:

  • There were times where I died inside of the hiding box but didn't know until I got out. It seems like the bullets still effect the player for a second even if they are hidden? I am not sure, but it happened a few times.
  • One time I did restart and my character didn't spawn into the game -- really not sure what happened cause it only happened the one time.
  • The sniper wasn't so much of an issue, but he is just far enough out of sight to where it is rather hard for the player to know when he is in his sleep cycle. In the same area, I did actually get stuck on the house side of the door and didn't have any way to get past which resulted in the sniper waking up and killing me. Not sure what's happening there but the player does get stuck sometimes

What I liked:

  • The art style is awesome! Absolutely beautiful pixel art and the color choice is phenomenal. Great job :D
  • I personally didn't have an issue with the controls and actually kind of liked them. They were simple, straightforward, and the fact that you have little hints in the game for what you can do telegraphs what the player should do.
  • The music was a lot of fun :) was jamming out a few times

Overall, great job!

Okie dokie, just went back to double check things are working on the web version. They are, but this is just a case of my failure to give feedback to the player as to where they are in the radio frequency range. What I suspect is happening is that people are running into the same issue where it isn't clear that left and right click do different things (on the radio LMB is up, RMB is down) and then once they hit the top of the range and don't find any more frequencies they assume it's broken.

This is totally not you or anyone else's fault. This is a failure on my part since I didn't include the player feedback I had planned to include. Just stuff to fix once the jam is over and things to think about and prioritize in the future.

Thanks again for at least trying the game and giving your honest feedback! It is much appreciated.

Hey Hankworx!

Totally agree with you! It is quite a frustrating experience without any of the player feedback. Will be my first priority once the Jam ends to get all of that implemented so there is actually an advanceable gameplay loop.

Also, totally agree on the sounds. It's the door locked sound which was just there because a lot of the code for interactables is reused. There are sounds already in-engine that just need to be linked up properly. Going to be one of the first things implemented once the jam is complete.

Aside from that, it will definitely get better. It was quite a lot to take on for a Jam, let alone my first Jam or game in general. More great things to come in the future :) just collecting all the feedback and filing it into a Trello board so I can sort my top priorities.

Thanks again for playing Esoterica in its current state!

Hey Golden Circle!

My apologies! Like prior commenters have said there is definitely a lot of work to be done in terms of player feedback. I have/had systems planned but just didn't have time to implement them -- bad time prioritization on my part.

I will double check the web version to make sure there isn't something wonky going on as well.

Thank you for at least trying the game and hopefully after the Jam I can get it all fixed up and actually in a playable state.

Fantastic! I'll be sure to read through it :D

Hey Fitzy!

I managed to escape!! Wow what an absolutely terrifying experience you crafted. So excited if you decide to continue this project because the mechanics of this game are absolutely worth exploring more and stretching out into a full experience.

Some notes after playing:

These are all going to be super nitpicky because I don't really have any notes after playing.

  • The environment sound loop and some of the sounds have weird cutoffs at times. The environment ambience specifically has a strange loop where it will dip down for about half a second and then start the loop over again. Not a huge deal, but the in and out points need to be fixed on that. The door opening sound has some strange cutoffs as well and would click sometimes since it would end on a non-zero point. Not a huge deal, just thought you should know.
  • Already mentioned this, but fullscreen would be an amazing addition. Couldn't get it working since my mouse kept getting locked to the game window. Again, not a huge deal just thought I should mention it.
  • In my playthrough I actually managed to lock the monster in a small room and he didn't break the door. He had broken another door just prior to me doing this, so maybe there is some bug with the logic where it doesn't break down a door directly after another? Not sure, just thought I would mention it.

What I liked:

  • Holy moly this game was terrifying! I have never typed so fast in my life and never been so aware of what I was doing. Every corridor I would have to double check that I actually locked the door and always had a camera mounted on the monster because I needed to double check he was still locked up tight. So scary! I love the gameplay of this and really do hope you continue to expand upon it.
  • The atmosphere of the game's level was incredible. It was a bit barren, but that's totally understandable given the amount of time we had for the Jam. Would love to see this expanded upon as well. Not being able to see what was in front of my face was really scary.
  • The sound (and sometimes lack thereof) was terrifying! When I would open a door I would jump because it was just so jarring in the best possible way.
  • The map and command mechanic is absolutely genius! Already said this, but I just have to reiterate how cool it was. Definitely gave me a similar feeling of dread to the first time I played alien: isolation and just generally has huge Alien vibes. It's such a great mechanic and fits with the visual aesthetic you have gone for -- sort of retro vibes and all.

Fantastic job! 100% following along with your future development of this game and any others you create.

Hey Bacchox!

Thanks for playing Esoterica! Totally agree with you. There is a lot missing just because I ran out of time or didn’t do a good job prioritizing in the development process. I have some plans to make the game much more straightforward and interactive, so going to pick that all up once the Jam is over!

That said, I am really glad you enjoyed the atmosphere, sound and aesthetics! Keep an eye out for more to come in the future!

Cheers!

Hey Chris!

Holy moly this was a damn experience! This is the first time the Jam that a game genuinely scared the crap out of me O.O I almost lost my shit haha

I have no notes for you. The experience was absolutely incredible and so well put together. Maybe, just let me play that gamecube so I can calm tf down after the horrors I just experienced :P

What I liked:

  • The SFX and ambience of the game are incredible. They really amplify the visuals and bring them to the next level (not that the visuals themselves weren't already amazing). I felt the tension building constantly and the audio really amplified the jumpscares
  • Speaking of which, the visuals were extremely beautiful and the segways between stages were very cool. Loved the sort of macabre art and abstract phrases -- very much reminded me of the segways between scenes in Serial Experiments Lain.
  • Gameplay was simple and to the point, but fit perfectly with the idea of just trying to fall asleep in a haunted house. I loved every second of it and quickly trying to look away from the horrifying butt that blocked my closet door.

Overall, fantastic game! Really a blast to play and absolutely terrifying!

Hey Mark!

Lmfao yeahhhhh it's a temp sound I was using for the locked metal door that I just didn't manage to get replaced in time. There are specific sounds for all of the items in the game already they just aren't linked up -- didn't want to cheat and add them when I was fixing bugs. Gonna get all that fixed once the Jam is over :P Blackboard made of steel

Totally agree with you. There are two anomalies in the stage zero you were on and due to lack of feedback to the player as to what the station is or what is an anomaly it can be hard to get past that. All stuff that is going to be fixed obviously, but it is frustrating to me that I wasn't able to get to it in time. There is more to the gameplay loop but without that feedback to the player it can be hard to advance. So again, my apologies.

With all that said, I am glad that there is at least a foundation for me to go off of once I continue development. Just gonna have to fix all the spaghetti code :P

Thanks again for playing!

Hey ChaosKid!

Really well put together and succinct game! Congrats :D

Some notes after playing:

  • I definitely ran into points where I was able to just book it past monsters and get away from them. Once I realized I could do this the tension kind of fell off. Not a huge deal, but it definitely made them less threatening.

What I liked:

  • I really enjoyed the design of the monsters and also the blood curdling scream they had once they realized you were nearby. Freaked me out the first time I heard it!
  • I enjoy that the premise and goals are so straightforward -- it really got me straight into the heart of the action and right into being stressed out as I ran around trying to collect flashes and figure out where the containment zones were.
  • Being stuck at the terminals and not knowing what was behind you was super stressful. I just kept saying "hurry up, hurry upppppp" then I was back to crab walking around the facility looking for the next terminal

Hey BEDTIMESTORIES & Bubee!

Really great job on your submission to the Jam! I should have known as soon as I saw that H.P Lovecraft easter egg what I was in for :P Really great, tense, atmospheric game

A quick note after playing:

  • Not even really a note or anything super important, just that moving diagonally boosts your speed to 1.4x of what the normal speed is. Not a huge deal at all and not counting it against you, just thought I would point it out.

What I liked:

  • All of it! The story was really concise and I love that you were able to incorporate interactive elements with the boat. Everything was very clear and I never felt lost (can't say the same for my submission lol)
  • The audio was great and really added to the atmosphere of the world that you have built
  • I love that you incorporated the Lovecraft easter egg into the little cabin to sort of pay homage to your inspirations
  • Visually really great and the elements you chose meshed really well together!

Overall, fantastic submission! Definitely going to drop y'all a follow for any future projects.

Hey Mark!

Finally got around to playing your game! I too am a terrible farmer -- had about a 60% harvest rate :'( Really cool game though!

A couple notes after playing:

  • I know it's supposed to be extremely unforgiving when crops die, but it would be nice to be able to dig up failed crops and restart them with some sort of higher mulch penalty -- totally not necessary for the Jam, but something maybe to think about if you continue development!
  • I don't really have anything else in terms of criticism -- great experience you have here

What I liked:

  • I loved the atmosphere of this game. The rain sounds, dark lighting, spooky wind and giant ghost people really set me on edge. I also really liked that the light from the lightning happened and THEN the sound happened. Cool little attention to detail on that.
  • The farming mechanics and task system are great. I definitely loved having a clear goal of what I was supposed to do for the day and the fact that if you missed a meal you got a speed penalty was really smart.
  • I loved the event that happened when all of the animals got attacked (rip moo moos) very cool detail and it definitely added tension to the unknown of the creature that would chase you

I really had a great time playing and hope you continue development and expand upon the ideas you have here :D

Hey Johnny!

Really great experience you created here! Super spooky, atmospheric, and concise.

A couple notes after playing:

  • I really don't have any notes for you! I think that your entry wrapped up everything really nicely into a short, sweet experience. Would love to see the game expanded :D

What I liked:

  • The sound design was excellent. I was really on the edge of my seat and whenever I fired the gun in the earlier endings I was like genuinely startled and then was like aw mannnn here we go again -- haha
  • I love that you incorporated multiple endings which not only made it replayable, but actually sort of fed into each other and guided the player toward the final ending. I did not even realize there was something behind me until the hands ending.
  • The monster is scary as heck! So gnarly looking and really spooky.

Overall, fantastic job!

Hey Spelmakare!

Finally got around to playing your game!! I absolutely loved the experience and hope you continue to develop it because there really are limitless possibilities for what you have created -- so cool!

A few notes after playing:

  • Like others have said, some sort of tutorial picking things up would be great but obviously I know that is quite difficult given the small time frame of the Jam. Something to add once it's over though!
  • The only other thing is that I think I ran into a bug? I am really not sure though. After I made it up the elevator to grab my friend I jumped one time at the top and clipped through the elevator to fall to my death -- my bad lol. After that though any time I would come back down from the elevator and jump I would die when I landed O.O not entirely sure what happened but it happened every time.

A few things I liked:

  • The art style is absolutely gorgeous. Everything meshes so well, nothing looks out of place, and I truly felt immersed in the world.
  • The physics mechanics of throwing blocks and being able to stack things up was super cool! Would love to see more added to this game -- additional levels, mechanics, puzzles, etc. I just want to play more!
  • I love the sound effects that you have included and how everything really sounded like it had weight and impact. The blizzard atmosphere was great as well. Like I said above though I just want more once the Jam is over haha!

Really wonderful job and I am definitely going to be following along to see how this and your other projects progress.

Hey Chriv!

This was a cute little spooky game! Definitely got me to jump a couple times -- haha.

A couple notes after playing:

  • I really don't have any notes, but I would love to have a longer experience made out of this!
  • Definitely would have been nice if there was some sort of spooky, jumpscarey noise when a couple of the kids spawn in and you look at them. Totally not necessary though because it was still really startling.

What I liked:

  • The first and third scare really got me because I was genuinely not expecting them to be there hahahaha
  • The sound when you interact with the kids is hilarious. I kept repeating the sound when it would happen :P
  • I liked the way that the text boxes appeared on screen. They were fluid and the background definitely made it so they were always readable -- good design choice!
  • The whole experience was succinct, charming, and equally a little terrifying. Great job!

Great idea! I'll be sure to set up something specifically for game dev/music so people can follow along :D

Thank you so much for the idea!

Hey FalseLohengrin!

Thank you so much for checking out Esoterica! Totally agree with you that it is difficult to understand what you are doing. I am absolutely going to be continuing development on this game and am sure I will join more Jams in the future and create more stuff.

Thank you so much!

Hey Blot Out Team!

Really fantastic job! This has most definitely been my favorite game so far -- so well done, spooky, aesthetically pleasing and succinct.

I have no notes, other than to say I loved this game so much that I want more of it!

What I liked:

  • The audio was absolutely incredible. There were no harsh cutoffs, everything added to the atmosphere, and it truly helped add to the horror of the game. That freakin monster approaching sound gave me the heebeejeebies!
  • The art is absolutely unreal. Everything meshed so well! The simple color palette really brought me back to old school gameboy games but elevated to a whole other level. Absolutely fantastic job bringing it all together. Again, when the monster approached, I love that the screen shook to help sell the threat that the audio telegraphed.
  • The game story was succinct, to the point, and really nicely done. Love the ending as well!

Amazing submission! I hope you all continue to work on games because I will definitely be following along with y'alls journey.

Thanks so much Murcurial!

Just happened to be checking other messages and yours popped up. I definitely plan on making the game more intuitive and expanding upon a lot of the features massively! I am going to open up a public Trello channel once the Jam is over so people can follow along with development and submit their own features and requests. If you are interested be sure to follow because I will be actively updating Itch along with Trello and possibly some other places. Not really sure yet -- still figuring it out since this is my first game/real project within this space.

Thanks again for checking out Esoterica!!

Thank you so much! If you want to just check out my music feel free to do so here:

https://solo.to/jacobirvin

I hope you follow along with development of the game post-jam because there is a lot to still come!

Cheers!

Hey Introverted Zombie!

Thanks for checking out Esoterica! I will definitely be updating the game post-Jam and making it a million times better than it is now. There is so much work to do, but I am very excited to pick it back up and really expand upon the idea. Hoping to make this the best little experience that I can!

Hope you enjoyed and I hope you continue to enjoy as the game gets more content.

Thanks!

Hey Dace!

Thanks so much for checking out my game! There is definitely a lot to iron out just in terms of bugs and then it's on to actually expanding the game. So much work to do. I am very excited to bring it closer to the vision I have and I am  confident it will be a million times better than what you played.

Thanks again for playing!

Heck yeah! Well I am definitely looking forward to playing more :D Again, great job!

Hey Dace Games!

This whole experience was awesome!! There was so much to love about this game.

Some notes after playing:

  • I really have nothing! I just wish the experience was longer :P I genuinely have no notes for you!

What I liked:

  • Absolutely all of it!
    • The art style was gorgeous
    • The story was immaculate... really loved the twist! Was not expecting that at all.
    • The controls and interaction system were great -- reminded me of all the games I used to play as a kid.

I genuinely have no notes and am amazed by how great and concise this experience is. Amazing game! I am looking forward to more games from you and am 100% dropping you a follow.

(1 edit)

Hey Fitzy,

Sorry about that. The lack of visual feedback definitely detracts from the gameloop of finding and recording abnormal frequencies. Something that will be fixed later on after the Jam. You do have to interact with the computer though to trigger recording on the stations which actually have anomalies (there are two in the first stage and about 25 more after that broken up into stages)

Yep! That's an intentional effect. It's meant to mimic the texture perspective warping of the PS1. I only applied it to some objects because it definitely got distracting on everything

Definitely come back after the Jam once some updates are made :)

Hey HonigBee!

Apologies for there not being any sort of indication as to what you are supposed to do. This was mainly just me running out of time. There is a game loop in there, just gotta interact with the computer and radio like the Overseer says :)

I will continue to update the game after the jam, so be sure to follow if you want to keep up with the progress.

Cheers!

Hey Introverted Zombie!

Took me a bit, but I finally escaped! Really great job on your entry -- there is a lot of interesting stuff at play here!

A couple notes after playing:

  • Like others have said, a shader for seeing which objects you can interact with will be extremely helpful! Totally not holding this one against your submission though since I know the time frame of the Jam makes it difficult to implement stuff like that! I ran into a similar issue with my game.
  • The AI is super cool! Some notes though... he walks around SO much. I don't mind that he patrols all the rooms, but he definitely tends to just circle for a bit and never stops. It can get pretty frustrating after a while if you are in a wardrobe and he is just going in circles endlessly around two room. It would be cool if he patrolled one area for a bit, stopped at a far end that is out of line of sight so the player can actually get places before he starts hunting again. Not a super huge deal though :)
    • As a side note, I feel like there should be one more path that the player can take to loop around the map (maybe remove the stretcher?). Having to wait for the AI state to change or for him to go to another room so you can sneak to the next wardrobe got kind of annoying.
  • The default mix for music and sfx is a little out of whack and super loud, but you included the sliders so I was able to get a nice balance!
  • I am not sure if this was just a browser thing, but for some reason if you look across the room with the bathtub and hole the long way performance massively drops. Maybe because of the fog cards and amount of assets? I have no idea honestly. Don't think it's me since I am on a 4090 and everything else is buttery smooth.

What I liked:

  • The switch in states of the music was awesome depending on how close the AI was to you. Really enjoyed that! (maybe as you polish further, a smoother ramp between the different states would be good. The changes were a bit abrupt)
  • The fact that you got an AI in here patrolling like that is massively impressive! Great job on that.
  • The puzzle loop was a ton of fun. Felt like an extremely stressful escape room!
  • The environment and assets scattered around the map were really nice and all meshed together extremely well! Great job on that :D

Overall, fantastic job! Very excited to see where this game goes in the future :D
