Man that was creepy! Everything was unsettling, from the dialogue spacing to the poltergeisty flamingo. Just an overall awfully unsettling experience, loved it!

We took the theme of "the screen" as a screening process. Glad you liked it! I hope we can keep working on it and put together a more complete release after the jam!

Thanks Duck! Currently installing Windows on a laptop to give yours a try!

Originally I wanted to voice act everything through a talk box, but time constraints stopped us from getting to a lot of the sound implementations we wanted to do. We really busted our behinds for those 7 days to put this out.

I'm working on a manual the player can use to read about the different tools and threat types now, but it'll have to be a potential update after the jam of course :) glad you liked it!

Thanks for the kind words! I really liked yours when I played it yesterday!

Who does this guy think he is, showing up on my couch and demanding wieners. Love the game, great polished experience. Definitely was hard to keep track after he wanted more than 4 things lol, maybe it's because I'm sick and my brain is running slow.

Thanks for the kind words! We're gonna keep fleshing this out and implement more of an actual story post-jam. Multiple days, more content, etc. Keep your eyes open!

That was great, love the new take on the classic jump scare maze. I was preparing for a jump scare the entire time, especially going through that last level.

Why's the game over screen gotta be so mean though?! :'[

I liked it, super creepy and I loved the voice. Was originally wanting to do something similar to voice our game but the time constraints made it so we couldn't. Great atmosphere, definitely should've had a trip sitter beforehand.

That was cool, love how simple the animation and design was but you were still able to give a personality to the creature. I coudn't make any kind of food for the guy, for some reason when I tried to pick up the container or the bowl nothing would happen.

That was awesome! The timer was so stressful I even missed questions I knew the answer to lol. Really like the modeling for all the assets, it's very clean looking and cohesive

Man that was AWESOME. I was just sitting there dreading the next time I heard a creak knowing I'd see that creep slink away. Great tension builder and love how the animations just get more and more deranged as time goes on.

That was great, I like how even with the cute low res graphics it still genuinely creeped me out!

Cool story, concept, and gameplay!

This was awesome, nice and simple, spooky, and fun to play. 1400 points and I got to save my hamster.

Thanks man! We really put in the hours to crank this out lol. I've been sleeping all day to catch back up.

Nope, nothing that I can think of. Been working fine with most unity projects but here I can just sit there after hitting start, zoom in and out, and the TV screen never switches from the static.

Really like the idea and the aesthetic going on, but is the only page you can go to the Finance one? Would really like to see this more fleshed out! The concept is really cool!

Love how alien everything felt, reminded me a lot of all the alien environments from Amnesia: Rebirth. Really cool concept with needing to use the screen to see invisible platforms! Definitely needs some fine tuning on the movement controls, but overall I really liked it!

Always love doom shooters, I'd recommend centering the gun itself on the screen and maybe dropping it lower to prevent it from taking up so much space. Definitely got creeped out after leaving the game and looking to the right! Spooky

That's the same ratio I've got. Maybe I was too blind to find the point and only saw it when I made the window smaller lol

I really dig the aesthetic of the whole thing! I'm excited to see that patch, I'll hold off on doing my rating till that's out so I can get to all the content! I think I may be getting the bug because I'm clicking the ad block popup and it's just not doing anything until my screen is full of ads

Creepy, but the jumpscare did make me lol pretty hard.  Overall I liked it! Keep it up!

Couldn't figure out how to defend myself from the ghosties, so I ended up just getting eaten to death.

Definitely a neat concept, wish there was more there in narrative but it was cool and the environment was super uncanny!

I couldn't seem to get the game to really "Start" I'm just stuck at the beginning zooming in and out of the TV.

Might be because I'm running on linux through Wine.  Bummer, I really like your submission back in October and was excited to play through this one.

Man that was stressful, and creepy. Really like the aesthetics and the gameplay, it's challenging but fun. Now I just have to get good enough to beat it lol

Thanks! I hope we can flesh it out after the jam and add multiple days and build out more of a continuity. We definitely tried to focus mostly on the creepy atmosphere and writing versus being traditionally scary.  Hope the chase scene at the end can get some heart rates up though!

Man, that was fantastic. You really set a solid visual tone that complemented the monotony of what the main character was going through. Is the truest horror showing up to the office every day?

That was great, really liked the creepy atmospheres and offputting vibe of the whole thing. Huge fan of the VHS series which this reminded me a lot of. I did get a good laugh when I went to turn on the fuse box and accidentally jumped comically high, but went right back to being creeped out by those mannequins. Great job!

Liked the use of space. Really like the aesthetics and atmosphere. Definitely got a little frustrating when I kept losing to walls I couldn't see

That was cool! I think some of the interaction areas might not like large aspect ratios, so I was stuck there trying to figure out how to use the hammer for a while.  The puzzle box minigame was great, very Hellraiser.

I really like where the story was going, space trucking is a great concept. I wish it was longer, but with the time constraints it makes sense. Hope to see more!

Awesome sounds and awesome aesthetics and awesome fish

Really like the atmosphere and the shipwreck! Is there any way to actually finish it? I ended up floating around for a good 20 minutes, but things stopped happening and I never got to see the creature I was looking for

I like it! Seems like it would play way better with a controller but I couldn't hook mine up lol. Sound design is great and a big fan of the visuals. I think slower enemies might make it a bit spookier honestly, because right now they just move so fast I barely have time to think and be scared of them

My brain isn't big enough for that many objects, but I made it through the night! Good stuff, creepy sounds and I like the art!

Hey, not bad! I really liked the sprites, looks like you put a lot of work into them and they turned out great! Great animations and the controls were responsive and felt good to play.

I beat it, but I had to look at the comments here to figure out what to do. Overall, like the concept and could be a real fun game with more polish and direction.

cute and short, honestly wish it was longer, as the level is designed well. also i never got to beat gumkid :(

nice! really loved that. it was cute, spooky, and those eyes genuinely creeped me out. the mechanics are simple, elegant, and dont take much to get your head around but I was still finding myself having to think and plan to get the outcome I wanted. good job!
