Hey, it's a Scary Maze style game! I remember getting tricked by these a long time ago. I like how you've built on the idea and made it your own by adding in additional game mechanics. The whole point of the game is the crass jump scares - my only feedback is that the scares could have been even more tricky! But I'm appreciative you didn't go down that path. For my own sanity.

Thanks for being a part of the Scream TV jam!

Nice short game with simple mechanics and a chilling atmosphere. Only thing that was a bit frustrating is how the character kept moving after you let go of your move keys, which made me die a couple of times. All and all a solid game.

Really enjoyed the game! Didn’t think I was gonna get spooked, but sure enough did with your jump scares haha

I really like the game, nice work. I saw the jumpscares coming but still got tricked haha. A bit too much inertia on the controls but just take a while to get used to them :) Need more horror tension hehe ! A simple spooky game on TV, good job!

Great work making the TV effects, it looks very good! I enjoyed the levels and the text pop ups during the play through. The jump scare faces are pretty spooky, I wish that it had more build up to them to make it even more spooky! I was fighting against the controls a bit but maybe that was intention to increase the difficulty of the game. Overall I enjoyed the experience, great work!

Reminds me of old flash games, I like it!

This one surprised me! Very simple but really creative. Aweome Work!

A simple and effective game ! I loved the concept of being in a maze with puzzle like gameplay to be able to go out of it. The jumpscares are a little too predictible but for a one week work it's amazing. Keep the good work ! :)

The screen theme is respected also. We got notification and a screen frame that represents the game title very well. Good job!

The labyrinth flash game meets the world hardest game glash game !

Tips for your future creations :

- Movement of you player character still lingers when you let down of the movement key. This is because you use physics Rigidbody to make movement but don't reset velocity when Player stop pushing WASD

- Hitbox of the player character feels too big. Don't hesitate to reduce the radius of the collider so the player don't get frustrated by pixel perfect collision resulting to a game over.

Other than that, nice submission !

I saw that last jumpscare a mile away and it still got me. Cool stuff!

I remember the first maze jump scare from back in the day, this was a nice modern take on it. Short and sweet, and the most gamey game on offer. simple but effective.

Good game! I didn't think that going through the maze could scare you. But you did it.

That was great, love the new take on the classic jump scare maze. I was preparing for a jump scare the entire time, especially going through that last level.

Why's the game over screen gotta be so mean though?! :'[

Haha I love it! Fun take on the maze scare we’d send to our friends to spoop them (showing my age a bit here) and the levels are very well designed. Had a hard time putting this one down.

A different take on the old scare jump maze that we used to send to the friends for halloween or to watch the reaction on Youtube! Nice.

Sometimes the simplest things make the best jam games. and I'm shocked at how spooky emoji eyes can be.

This is one of my favorites of the entire jam, short and interesting. The only problem I see is that it seems that you used emojis that clash greatly with the general appearance of the game.
