Haha yeah the writing was pretty rushed because I knew the images would take the longest. As for the branching story I just came up with a structure for it in JSON so I could redirect to choices dynamically

Yep, I'm no artist so I created most of the scenes in sims 4 and used filters and coloured over it to get the backgrounds

I was quite confused at first but after I got the hang of it it was a good game :) the platforming was quite challenging tho :')

I think this is a fantastic entry

Everything was very well polished and I like the concept of the creature having to explore and die in order to evolve. The map is a bit too large and empty an I think jumping felt a bit awkward at points. Also I had some trouble with the controls, switching from jumping with spacebar to clicking left mouse was a bit tricky

but overall I think its great game and I liked the variation with the boss monsters moves

Very good game! I think the collisions with the water could be a little more forgiving but the level design was well thought out. Good work

Thanks so much for the feed back :) I'll definitely have to look into that issue you found too .

I've seen the concept of using your dead bodies as platforms quite a few times so far but this was one of the best implementations of it I think. I like how the bodies serve multiple purposes and it all seems very well thought out.

On top of that the visuals are also super well polished and i enjoyed the humour as well, very well done :)

I love the style and the music! Maybe they should be more sign of an impact when I hit the monsters like a louder noise or some screen shake. I also enjoyed the fact that when u die you become a monster too, overall good job

Really liked this one, it was quite polished both visually and concept wise. Really liked the aspect of instead of avoiding the enemies you had to become them and use their abilities. Good job overall :)

A great concept but a bit challenging :')

Thanks for the suggestion! Its a bit odd that WASD doesnt work for you, hmmm not sure what would be causing that issue but i'll check it out for sure

This was my second jam and second game ever (did the brackeys jam like a week or two ago) and I'm quickly realising that my biggest weakness is not anything technical (I can figure out how to do most of what I think of) but its the process of taking an idea and following through the entire process of developing that idea.

I can quickly think of a few mechanics but I never take the time to fully flesh out things like how will the player be motivated, how will difficulty progress etc. I usually keep pushing that stuff off because I don't want to focus on it and I ended up having to make my game super short at the end .

Also, I focus on the wrong thing, wasted a few hours attempting to make music for my game (which I had to scrap away because it wasn't sounding good) and I could have better spent that time further planning out my game

Wow this is really fantastic! I would have never guessed this was made in 3 days it seems so polished. I actually gasped when I realised you could guide cars off the road to hit people. Really great work :)

It was a bit hard to figure out but I enjoyed the game feel and it was fun overall :)

I like the concept of learning more every time you die but this is also low key giving me cat Mario flash backs :') But I kind of like the frustration type games especially the guessing of which platform is the trap. Also great job on the visuals

thanks for the feed back! Yes i wouldve liked the camera movement to be smoother and to add more polish but time got away from me :')

Thank you so much :)

This one was quite funny! Great job

Its a nice game, things get a bit repetitive. Maybe it would be better if you spawned at random points in the level then had to race to the red boxes instead of starting at the same point each time

I quite enjoyed this one, simple but hilarious

Thanks for the suggestion, lol I was rushing at the end so that one did slip past me

Love this submission, especially the little secret room. Great job overall. I really liked the little jumping animation, thought it was super dramatic.

Cool game. I think there were a bit too many words on screen at point, in the foreground and background. Maybe putting a darkened overlay behind the power up options?

I adore this! love the little bouncing mouse animations and I love the puzzles. Great entry

Very fun, I wish there was just a stage to go crazy with driving without all the red cones tho.  I love the driving feel

Sooooo much fun! I love the 2.5D pixel style. Great work!

I really enjoyed the visuals and the sound but I think the fire effects and maybe the amount of enemies being rendered caused the game to be super laggy in browser

I like the artwork although it took me a while to figure out what to do. I do wish the dialog boxes would move a bit faster (unless I missed a button to skip) but great game overall!

Good game though i felt like i lost control of the ball a bit too easily

haha quite challenging but a fun game. Nice!

love the style of the game and the music and sound effects make it very satisfying to build up big hordes. Good job!

Cool game! I think I would prefer the gameplay to be a little more zoomed out so I can maneuver around asteroids better but good job overall!

thank you :)

Love the music and how you progressively got more abilities as you teamed up with more people. Good job!

I love the movement for the character it feels super smooth and building up the little army of minions is super cute :) Great game!

Great game! though im pretty sure for my first run my friend didnt spawn, I had a good idea of what they looked like but no one matched. My next run everything went great :)

Good game :) One thing I would say is make it more clear what can hurt you because I would just run into objects without realising

nice game :) though I realised that the hammer gets stuck if I swing it back too hard then i cant move it anymore

Very cute and very fun, loved their little smiley faces
