let's explain this way, there is not any pure randomness in video games. Devs always manipulate randomness to balance the player's experience. In a very simple situation like this game, a senior game designer always monitors the dice value and didn't let it roll over all possible numbers. for example, if the player encounters 2 values 1 after 2 rollings, for the next round, the game designer removes values 1, 2, or even 3 from possible numbers to let the player receive a big number to balance his experience. it's a very disappointing experience that the player has tried so hard for winning the waves and every time we have given him a very little prize for this. so, we must handle this bad luck sequence and give him a promising prize and the best and simple solution for this is to manipulate possible numbers for dice rolling.

I played it maybe more than 15 times and it was entertaining. The only thing that bothered me was that 4 of 5 rolling dice got 1 or 2 (3 times 1 and 1 time 2) in a row and I believed this sequence of wrong lucking should be handled in hidden layers. well done and keep it up.

i gave it some tries and to be honest because of wrong screen ratio (in the picture below-windows platform - side-by-side monitors) i couldn't test it very well. hopefully, the core gameplay was very clear for me. nice game and completely fit into the jam theme. moreover, i will be thankful if you play my game and review and rate it.

I played it for some rounds on windows. i was not good enough to go up so I went down as it was possible 😂. nice game, well done, and keep it up. moreover, i will be thankful if you play my game and review and rate it.

"swear fealty to the queen" and after reading this i was wondering why I should do this in this situation 😂. after feeding birds with bread and after the last betting, I was curious about alternative endings. are there other endings too? however, I will also be thankful if you play and review my game too.

i played it for some rounds. it follows a creative interpretation of the jam theme. however, the curve of difficulty goes up very quickly and i will die very soon. well done and  Moreover,  I will also be thankful if you play and review my game too.

i played it for some rounds. it follows a creative interpretation of the jam theme. the last opponent before stairs in the game crashed me so hard and I had no chance to win against him sadly. however, I will also be thankful if you play and review my game too.

i played it for some rounds. it follows a creative interpretation of the jam theme and it had more potential. by the way, we know that the first purpose of events like the GMTK is for trying and enjoying the path, not the destination. well done bro. Moreover, I will also be thankful if you play and review my game too.

Good and creative interpretation of the jam theme. Good job 👍

nice and smooth gameplay and everything works fine. in my opinion, the visualization of knocks could be better maybe something like throwing the opponent suddenly some units away. overall good and nice work. Moreover, I will also be thankful if you play and review my game too.

Clever idea and completely fit into the jam theme. well done and keep it up. Moreover, I will also be thankful if you play and review my game too.

i played it 2 times to maybe i could find an alternative ending 😂. Unique interpretation of jam theme. also i liked the art and atmosphere.  however, I will also be happy if you play and review my game too.

i spent some time searching the dungeons and always liked the games like this. first, I went down as possible till I could see the skeleton man xD. Overall I like the art style and animations, well done. but tbh, I couldn't figure out why I must get back to the start point for just one hit. Moreover, I will also be happy if you play and review my game too.

i love the art style that reminds me ps1 console. very nice and smooth gameplay and I liked all 12 levels. one of my best experiences in the GMTK. I'm sure you will be one of chosen. i also will be happy if you play and review my little game too.

After Yahtzee tower I'm unstoppable, nobody can reach the first turn.

good idea and it just need some common features that this genre should have. towers can't be put in the same places or waves' strength always must grow up. well done and I enjoy it and i will also be happy if you play and review my game too.

Overall nice polished game especially on the graphic side and wise choices in music and SFX. to be honest I have some points for u guys and i will be happy if u do this for me too. A level design like level 11 isn't attractive, puzzle games usually have short intervals between events, and the player instead of being just a viewer has an impact on every event. next, i also could win some levels without touching probably 90 percent of the level's blocks like level 12, so what's the point of this complicated level design when i can dodge it. this game has lots of space to improve. well done and keep it up

i played some levels and must say it's a nice try for the first game. from my view at this point you need to expand your acknowledgment of engine ability like physic system and etc for creating a more smooth experience. one more thing, don't package your project file with the final build. be patient and keep it up!

Nice try and there is lots of space to improve. keep it up

polished and beautiful game, well done

one of the best experiences i had at the GMTK event. The art style, animations, gameplay, music, and everything were perfect.  😍i hope you will be in the top 20.

yeah, i get it now more clearly

creative and fun and it could be even more enjoyable if the controls be more smooth. well done.

627$ and this should be good enough to explain everything!

I especially liked the art style, good job.

I played it maybe more than 7 times. beautiful art and animations and overall gorgeous work. however, I'm not sure if i fully understand the core mechanics or not.

I finally summoned the demon who is in the game screenshots 😁

One of the most unique games of all of the games that i played until now. Creativity 5/5. In my view, this game just needs some work on teaching his mechanics more clearly. overall this game is a great one and keeps it up.

I played some levels. well done and keep it up.

Well done and keep it up. As a player, i like more involvement in the gameplay events and i think this part needs some more work. congrats on this beautiful game.

All JAMs have a unwriten rule; After u are submitted a game to a jam, for sure u are far ahead of at least half of the people participated in the competition. well done and keep it up!

Nice combination of movement controls and art style and completely fit into the jam theme, well done

The wonderful art style and Enchanting music! Despite the incomplete gameplay, I would say I played this game more than 5 or 6 times just for finding more dialogues and I got depressed that i couldn't find more.  "I even painted it all myself" is everything that you should be proud of and focus on it. I don't like to brag but i want to spend more time in this game and this is my longest reply so far in this JAM.  well done guys and keep it up.

I can see the depth of the main idea. The game could have been very enchanting but everyone knows short-period events like this jam brings lots of problem to the development process. well done and keep it up. by the way, I think I played all levels ;)

Although i had an issue with repositioning the golden tiles I played some levels. well done.

I liked the gameplay and i played some levels, good job.

Clever idea and it needs to consider lots of strategies handling for each turn, well done.

Good job, gorgeous graphic and understandable gameplay. In my opinion, this game just needs some extra mechanics in fights to be more challenging.

Yes, the mentioned problem in reminding the right direction is correct and will be corrected in the future. Thanks for your comment.

Good job
