Niiiiice. cute and sweet design :)

Interestingly creepy :), however I lack of presence of the creatures. Ambiance is cool for an abyssal experience. might need some goal of high score to keep the motivation when no enemy in sight.

Haha Thanks! I really like those blendshapes when I discovered them. At the beginning I was about to display emoticon, but this is definitely better 😀 Agree for the ground, I wanted to either limit the camera at border so you won’t be able to see that. I thought to make a pond with fishing people around so it would be a closed area but it wouldn’t match the sharks that way…

Thank you. Actually the initial goal was to make the fish grow at some extent with the eaten food, which makes it less agile but stronger, but no time to do that part unfortunately.

Thanks for the feedback! They actually do eat you but not as often as I expect unfortunately.

I noticed the speed is higher while going diagonal late too, easy fix to do (normalize the H/V inputs)

Thank you, I wil definitively make the sharks more aggressive. So you will be worrying more about them when in sight. I coudln’t have enough time to balance their behavior.

A simple game to chill with, you can spend some time to get other fishes :) Liked the fishodex-> fish them all! haha

Haha merci. Actually the sharks are enemies but I didn’t managed to increase the probability enough to chase the player (it was too agressive at the beginning but at release it was ok not to chase all the time). If you stay around them they might go a meal 🦈

Indeed! This adds even more to the scare. Need to improve the minigame continuing on this idea hehe. As the jam is finished, I can push an update soon with the collected feedback.

I wonder if I should use other assets from now on 🤔, because I challenged myself to use mostly assets I got for free.

Thank you. I attached the camera to the character already, so it is now easier to predict the next wall. The update will wait for the end of the jam.

This was my first idea: let the player move around the room but this would require time I didn’t have. Still you can look around with the mouse (holding click). Did you got the jumpscare or was the minigame too difficult already ? For sure the game has to be polished.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Talking about window, the one in the room was about to be a first jumpscare but had no time (so I missed updating the audio before the deadline). I wanted the player to focus more and more on the minigame so is his stress: increasing. I think I probably spend less than a classic work day split in 2 evenings doing so avoiding spending time on creating art but tried to smartly choose assets and build this prototype.

Actually, I needed to find a good balance between the difficulty so people would basically fail with no consequence until it clicks so as the player improves the score staying focus until the Game Over. Thank you for the feedback, some work still need to be done on sound (already fixed but waiting for the end of the jam before updating)

I was a bit confused after wandering in the trailer park looking for “something” from the notes. Unfortunately, it seems that we will have to wait for an update to see more. The car intro is nice but like others said, could be skipped, however I liked the radio interaction. The park set up is interesting though as it is settling the ambiance nicely.

Really nice work on the menus, post-processing effect, but the story above all. Was funny world ended while sleeping haha It reminded me a bit of Hotel Paradise VR without the action but keeping the tension/suspense.

I like this one even if I didn’t get the theme at first, but it is screen right ? The text was a bit long at the beginning but ok, would be better with voice acting as the story is good. The mechanics with the clipboard are cool, I had to retry to increase the found complications and see the consequences. Then the end worth it, love it ! Great experience that kept me playing longer than I expected.

I want MORE (tapes? haha)! Good concept with the tapes, so we need more to understand the story behind. The horror is set with the environment which is nice. I would expect some more spooky jumpscares but the ambiance is already adding the horror. Nice work with all that have been done within a week.

That’s a good introduction for a non-coding team of 2. The spooky ambiance is well set, menu and interface look good, I wish to be threatened by the entity, especially after looking at the concept art well made drawings (it is nice to share them in the game, thanks!) Hope you will have some time to make it playable.

I really like the game, nice work. I saw the jumpscares coming but still got tricked haha. A bit too much inertia on the controls but just take a while to get used to them :) Need more horror tension hehe ! A simple spooky game on TV, good job!

Partially yes, it simply spawns walls either on left or right randomly, the camera view must be reworked for sure so it would be easier to play. The TV size was purposely scale small enough too play in order to have events happening in the room. There is no zoom but this is a good idea to have kind of a toggle to zoom in or out quickly.

Thank you. I know about the rain sound, too loud, it should have been lowered when the left windows is closed. I wanted the minigame to be hard enough so the player should really focus on it but I couldn’t spend more time working on it due to the deadline.

Indeed, I haven’t tweaked the rain volume yet, I had planned to link it to the window when it opens suddenly but not time and forgot to lower it down. Yeah with a higher volume this would scare a lot of people haha

Thank you all for the comments! 😊 I made this prototype in about 2 evenings. I didn’t have time to work on the inside minigame, it was just a concept (that’s why the “character” is a basic capsule body haha). The original idea was to have spooky variations depending on your minigame performance in addition to scary elements/events occurring in the room. However, I am glad you like it as it already is.

Hello, the game should work in Chrome, or maybe try with a different web browser than Firefox. 😉

Thank you for playing. I tried to decrease the accuracy using single hand compared to holding both but it didn’t work as expected for some reason. I will tweak that for sure so it won’t be that easy to aim one hand 😉

This is my first time creating a WebXR, I didn’t expect facing the inputs issue, that’s why I added the Windows build so people can play on PCVR still.

I see, no problem. I don’t know how to run the html as it needs a local “server” to run unity app. 🤔 That’s why I uploaded both Web version + a Windows build. I think you can ask on the discord if you can upload a build because I am not sure if anyone can play your game now 😕

Well, I didn’t managed to throw the ring, I even lost it as it just vanished for some reason (bug?). There is an idea here, but it needs to be fun to play though.

Mixing those 2 games into one was smart, I liked it. However, this remix may be a bit getting away of the theme doing so ? 🤔 It is not that easy to aim at the moles with slow balls. Perhaps bowling (bigger balls) would be easier ?

The game gets quite challenging when there are 4 people throwing balls at you at once. It is a funny point of view for this game not being the one who throw something haha

The game looks a bit dark for me but perhaps it is aimed to be use in AR ? Simple gameplay but I miss a bit of the fun part, especially with a funfair ambiance maybe.

Please change the game from kind of game type from Downloadable to HTML otherwise we can’t play it from the web browser 😉

I can’t load the game on Chrome, stuck indefinitely on “Loading…” screen 😥 The bear characters on the pictures look very funny.
