I like the concept, definitly some potential there

I liked how the visual effects looked

I liked the ability to choose your path at some points.

I really liked the art of this game

I really enjoyed the art style and it was lots of fun to figure out how to program the little robot

The art style looks nice

I like the art. I got stuck on the moving down platform and could jump from it

Was interesting to figure out how to move. Also the music was very fitting

Cool puzzle game. I think the movement of the tiles could be a bit quicker

I really don't understand the controls. No matter what I pressed it seemed to behave randomly

I like the 3 lane mechanic. Though the enemy health was a bit high compared to the ammunition I got and not clearly visible

I really liked the art style of this.

Fun little game. I like when it turned to night. Though the fire sound seemed a bit loud to me

Nice use of simple geometric shapes. After figuring out for how long the shield walls stayed active was quite fun to play

Fun little concept. As you mentioned with a bit more time some parts could be smoothed out. Sometimes it felt a bit hard to get the game to register simultaneous button presses. Being able to skip dialogue would be nice, especially because I died in the second level and had to sit through the whole intro again. I really liked the art direction, especially the floor tiles

I really liked the look of the main menu. Over all very enjoyable game, though the font was a bit hard to read sometimes

the control scheme is a bit weird: I would have expected the interact button not close to the WASD. A transition between level would also look nice. Otherwise very fun little game. I enjoyed the art a lot. The sounds reminded me of w.o.r.m.s.

It was a bit confusing at first, but after I figured out what to do it was fun to solve the puzzles

Reminds me a lot of the excavating minigame from pokemon diamond/perl (which was one of the favorite parts of those games for me). Currently it seems to be a bit simple, but I am sure if you invest a bit more time into it, it will be amazing

The intro was a bit confusing with the dialogue overlapping the game area. I wasn't really sure if I could already play or was still in a cutscene. But the character art was very cute. I really liked the design and animation

I really liked the artstyle in this one

This was a fun puzzle game. I liked the introduction of the different colors

fun little game.

It was fun seeing the process of making it

I did, but it was 2 months ago, so I only have the stream saved locally.

I can send you the video if you want to?

I like the sticky pad sounds!

The monkey pixel art looks so good! I also really like the tree climb mechanic!

The mechanics are quite fun!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Happy you liked it and thanks for the feedback!

thanks for the feedback! I did write the collision code from scratch during the jam, so there are some bugs I couldn't fix (in time). It checks if the player is under the barrel when it is a certain distance from the floor/barrel as collision. I noticed it as well during my testing, but didn't have enough time to look into better solutions.

So: not planned, might get fixed if I work on the game again

It is definitely something I will look into if I continue working on it.

The art looks amazing in this game. I also love the banana mechanic

I love the art style! I think it is a bit unintuitive how to get started and attack enemies

The plot and writing was amazing. It was a bit weird that the orientation flipped when transitioning to a new map

I loved the art. It looks a bit irritating when the enemies are directly above or below and they flicker

It is hard to see the platforms without borders as they have the same color as the background

A fun take on the Vampire Survivors gameplay. The UI is a bit unintuitive though

Quiet the fun little game. The height detection didn't always work for me though

(1 edit)

This game looks so cute and the game mechanics also work really well.

I would love to have some small indicator in the corner of the cards to see what they do even if you are not hovering over them.
