How does your game represent Mode?
I was inspired by the idea of different modes in technology, so my game follows a little robot with a variety of different modes (hover mode, laser/kill mode, etc.). Even though presented as a helpful little bot, they have a mode for every occasion, should the need arise!

Fun game with a charming aesthetic. Running around as the little robot and utilizing the different modes was fun, and all of the menus and UI are great. The character handles very well on gamepad, and the gameplay is fun and addictive. I really liked the vacuum and kill modes, especially when you get to light stuff on fire lol. I got 5* on all the levels except the last one since the two socks and the shirt fall through the map at the beginning. Really fun game, great job!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and for the kind words! Setting things on fire is always fun!  Haha really happy to hear you liked it, and yes, those pesky socks and the shirt only seem to fall through the floor on the browser version for some reason, they work on the windows build! Ah well, adding to the list of fixes for after the voting period... Thanks again!

Really cute aesthetic and premise to this game. Being able to play as a cleaning robot is something really unique that I've never seen in a game before. I really like the cleaning abilities and how you can change the angle of the room you're cleaning. I did feel like the other levels were a big step up from the tutorial level so I got a little bit lost. But I was able to use trial and error to figure things out. Nice job!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing, and for the kind words about it! I'll make a note to flesh out the tutorial and try to ease into the rest of the levels for after the voting period too!

The mechanics for the most part feel super polished and very fun movement! Some weird clipping stuff, but overall a fantastic fun lil' game for a jam!

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback! I'll try to spruce up some of the collisions and stuff post jam, really glad you liked it though in the meantime! :D

I cannot put away the items because I'm having fun just running them around in the physics. I enjoyed it, and the robot is cute!

Developer

Haha so happy to hear that! Thank you so much for playing, and for the kind words, I really appreciate it! :D

This is super cute! And I love that you went for something original and ambitious. I found the experience alternated between silly chaos and somewhat frustrating interactions between the physics and controls. That's probably inevitable considering the time constraints and those moments of silly fun were really great!

Developer

Thank you so much! Definitely hope to refine some of the interactions (the fridge door in the small kitchen for starters is very janky to say the least😅), but I'm really happy to hear you still had moments of silly fun from the chaos! Thanks again!

The keyboard controls are a little rough but I'm assuming the gamepad works better. Overall, I could see this being a neat score-attack game or chill cleaning game. Maybe there's something wrong with me, but I really enjoyed getting rid of those roaches.
Edit: On the no-hover Packing Day level, if you hold left on the keyboard during the intro where the robot falls, it will fall through the ground.

Thank you so much for playing, and for your feedback! Gamepad controls are definitely a bit smoother to use, I'll definitely make some tweaks to the keyboard controls after the jam too. And thank you for mentioning the bug, annoyingly slipped through! 😅

Great job on this! Had a fun time doing chores with this cute little robot, reminds me of my time playing chibi robo. Wonderfully done!

This is a really excellent game. It reminds me of things like Octodad or Untitled Goose Game. A burned down house is a clean house!

Developer

Thank you so much, absolutely the vibe I was hoping to achieve! And exactly, who cares about a few smashed windows when the floor's cleaned, right? ;) Thanks for playing!

Very fun, unique and an overall great looking game! Controls were a little rough for me on keyboard but it seems like it would be nice on gamepad if I had one. Good work!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing, and for the feedback! Gamepad is definitely the better way to play, I wish I had done a few things differently for Kb&M (especially for the hover up/down), but at least I hope it's serviceable! Thank you again! :D
