art, gameplay. all perfect, smooth beautiful. the game is great fun, but please let the music keep going after dying, i heard that intro so many damn times.

I love everything about it except for the noise that plays everytime I die. And I died a lot. Good game though
Really nice game. I liked the artstyle. The flute that played everytime after respawning was a bit annoying tho.
Pretty smart concept. Took me a while to get how to jump over spikes! Great game!
Amazing. The art, the style, the music, the gameplay. I'm not very good at platformers so I struggled (especially on the last level), but it made it all the more satisfying to beat. That music change to include the shamisen as you ascended the last level was sick. And landing multiple of those ground spike parries in a row was very satisfying. I enjoyed playing a lot!
Really fun idea! It took me a bit to figure out I could parry downwards.
My only complaint would be the choice of buttons for the controls being a bit tricky, having a key that could parry in addition to the mouse would've been handy.
Sick game, was very fun once I got used to the downward parry on spikes. My main feedback would be to make the jumps a bit more lenient (probably through coyote time) so it's easier for the player to focus on what makes the game cool (the parrying/bouncing mechanics)
Game loop and visuals are highly polished. The gameplay itself is rather difficult and could likely use some larger platforms and smaller gaps. Echoing several other comments from here, the repeated downward parrying from level 4 onward makes it difficult to progress in the game.
Very pretty game and nice movement. Not so nice is the fact that I just got stuck in level 4. :(
Great artstyle and presentation! But I have to admit, I died way too many times by missing a jump, way more than the actual combat
I love the concept for this game. Art and music are amazingly done. If only I wasn't garbage at platformers...
