Pretty fun game. In my second attempt I got 6 movement speed early on, and it felt so much better than what I had in the beginning, to a point where you might consider to make 6 movement speed the default. I like the interactions between the abilities, where some is for disabling the enemy and others deal high damage but is difficult to hit with. The game could use some polish on the environment + sound design side, but otherwise nice game :)

The game starts out strange but then becomes a lot of fun, this type of movement has a lot of potential, the game is full of bugs and inconsistent, there is a lot to improve but it is a good game.
Point to click with the ability combos reminds me of LoL. Fun game but just needs some tweaking with boss mechanics or player health. Anytime the boss goes anywhere near me he blew me up!
You are 100% right. There is a League of Legends inspiration (movement and spells) and the bosses are SUPER strong at melee range.
The boss needs tweaking, that's right too, as do the mechanics. I might try to create a similar game with more boss variety and spells for another jam.
Thanks for leaving a comment and playing the game !
The movement system is great and I had a lot of fun playing this game. Good Job.
I think from looking at it, I wouldn’t have known how good a time I was about to have. Yes, the visuals and audio are a bit lacking, but it makes up for it with a really fun movement system and engaging gameplay. It kinda reminded me of some flash games I used to love, and it was nice to go back to those times. Also huge props for making it from scratch!
Nice you also did the “steal the boss’s effect” mechanic :)
I like the amount of options you have. It seems like projectile size would actually be bad though because they would hit more obstacles? Also I wish I could use 1-4 for the abilities instead of having to click
I'll just leave a second comment for the rest :
- when you choose projectile size, it actually reduces the size of your basic projectiles, allowing them to pass obstacles easier.
- I really love the boss steal mechanic ! I wanted to add strong spells to the boss but the timing didn't allow me to push the game that far. I started the jam 10 days before the end.
Really good game, In what engine did you program this? i'm really curious about that
funny game, i liked the concept :) the bullets in combination with some fun has a lot of potencial :) simple and funny :)
sorry I was not focused enough when I wrote this comment 😂 what I really enjoyed where the seeking bullets on combination with the walls and enemy movement patterns. It kinda felt like a sort of puzzle game after while where you tried to find the right moment to shoot your bullets.. I would like more impact on the upgrades... they felt a bit useless because they didn't really changed the gameplay... But all in all you guys can be proud :) nice prototype 🥰
This game has potential. Concept is funny. The controls are quite convenient. But unfortunately, the game suffers from a lack of sound and visual effects. Bosses do not feel like bosses, but more like equal opponents for the player.
With such a name, I expected there to be throwing potatoes and putting mines in the shape of a watermelon. Not sorcerers or nobles. xD
btw, the leveling process was entertaining, and the gameplay was fun.
Thanks a lot ! It was a group project and we had (of course) a lot of ideas with only a certain amount of time to implement what we wanted the most.
The result is a working game but with a lot of possible improvements.
I'm really glad you played and leaved a comment. I'll consider everything you said. Thanks !
Yeah, the game lacks a good pathfinding system because the sticky walls aren't fun at all. Did you also use the « click attacks » or only the spells ? What was your high score ?
The game is really poorly polished. Visuals are simple, animations are quasi not existant and I didn't put any music or sound effect into it. But at least the core of the game works well. I think ?
Thanks a lot for trying my game and leaving a comment !
Thank you for your comment ! I started the jam 20 days late and had only one hour per day to work on it. the result is a very small game with a solid core. I'm really glad you played it and gave your opinion. If more people ask, I will improve the game with music, visuals and more content.
Have a nice day !
