Oh damn, that's unfortunate. Usually I've found on the first time you ever load the page it can take up to 10 seconds. Do you mind sharing what browser you're using? I've found this generally works on Chrome.
I'm on chrome and I waited more than 5 minutes :/
Slow connection speed or you need to clear cookies. But there should have been dowloadable version for a game like this. I always upload a downloadable file in addition to the WebGl version when i submit a game to the jam
I really liked what you were aiming for but a part of the Souls design is the gameplay is highly responsive so if you make a mistake it's your mistake and you can't blame the game for it. Here the controls felt quite a bit sluggish but it's a really good effort and on the right path :)
Ps. In the second boss you can jump on a pillar then jump on top of a fireball and you dont clip through it haha

3D style very cool. I am going to give this the critique my own game has been getting which I find much more apparent in this game than my own, which is there are lot of minion spawns, slow movement speed for player, and the first boss is hard to kill because of it....nonetheless the 3D style and graphics and such was great 3.75/5

Hey there, I am trying to get other to re-submit their reviews for my game if possible...it was deleted and removed from the Jam on accident based on a technicality which was solved between the Jam Host and a particular asset used in the game...please if you have time, energy, and/or generosity to re-saved your ratings/reviews for the game. Its a fun souls-like. For the second boss will be better if you can run away from his fireball, i miss some animation cancel in dodge and a stagger with a less duration.
Super fun and beginner friendly souls-like game! I really like the thoughtfulness behind adding a "diffculty level" feature for players to adjust to their liking! The SFX makes each attack feel satisfying and powerful as well. Boss attacks and abilities were thoughtful, and I appreciate the effort in the lore-building as well!

It was a fun one! While beating the first two boss I was really wondering if throwing sword was worth it but you made it to good use against the knight! To give some feedback, the game could really gain from some juice in battles.
Also, add a fullscreen!

Awesome souls like! Makes me want to play again bloodborne for the 100th time. Only thing I would add is letting you change the attack direction at the beginning of an attack.
