Game's Take on the Theme
when you buy new cards, the primary options are selected with a spinning roulette (timespinner) so this randomity can help you protect the integrity of the timeline

Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
i've made all the art, programming, design and music, currently there is no SFX but if I upload a version with one before the timeline, i'll link all the freesound.org pages in description of the game (in Credits section)

Everything is perfectly executed on this game ! So far I'm just in love with this type of games so it help a little, but I love the music choice, fitting well with the art, which is also fitting well with the whole attended theme ! Really good submission, I'll add it to my list ! Hope a sequel :-)

Very interesting concept, the style is awesome. It's clear that the deadline didn't allow for a smoother balance of gameplay, but what you managed to implement looks promising!! This was a very engaging and enjoyable gaming experience, excellent work!!

Thank you! :D

If everything goes well, I'll get back to this project after the jam

I really like the concept and the game had pretty solid mechanics, however since I was only taking one card in the stream and not destroying cards in my deck, I never actually got to use any of the new cards I had collected. Regardless I had fun playing it and it was easy to understand. Great job!

Thanks! I made the default cards a bit too strong :D

Since I’m a big fan of deck-building and randomness in general, I really liked the concept you’re going for!

Unfortunately, I won just by playing all my basic cards every turn without ever losing, and I completely forgot about buying new cards. I wish the game had punished me for ignoring that mechanic, as it would have pushed me to engage with it more.

The music is nice, and I really like the old-school sci-fi vibe. The dice roll between turns adds a fun twist to the combat. Lots of great ideas overall—good job!

Developer

Thanks! :D

Unfortunately I didn't have as much time for balancing as I wanted - which reflects even more on the small amount of cards.

I really like the artstyle and story of the game, I had a lot of fun playing it but... I had no idea how to play, I obviously didn't read the instructions. I just clicked all my cards and then they all did something and I kept winning. I don't understand the game but I think it is a solid game, far more complicated then I could make.

Developer

Thanks!

Showed it to my friends and only one of them read it so it's no problem :D

I'm glad you liked it!
