How does your game fit the theme?
There are two endings to the game, in the first ending you lose, and in the second ending you get to find out what is behind the door.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote almost all the code myself, using some room generation code from a Rootbin Studio tutoral, and the camera follow script from Brackeys. I drew all of the pixel art myself in the time given. My friend wrote the main song, and the sound effects were taken from freesounds.com, I hope you like my game :)

THIS IS SO FUN I LOVE THIS GAME
Ok, I love this game! full 5/5, the cutscenes are fenomenal, great voice lines, gameplay is hard but enjoyable, I would consider giving player more health pickups and making reload happen automaticly when you run out, uzi + slow motion is absolutly op. I love the twist when you defeat the boss without killing all the enemies! Sadly when I managed to beat everyone I died for no reason, I'll try to beat the game later again and hope there is a kickass cutscene at the end!

Haha this game was great, the whole intro was pretty funny, the over the top voice over sealed the deal for me. Though it was maybe a tad loud versus the game itself. Wheels and Windows, arch enemies of the Doors and Keys. Liked the art, the gameplay was a nice bullet hell shooter, and the upgrades all did what I expected! Though I was sad finding the same upgrade multiple times as they didn't (seem to?) stack. Good job for sure!

The intro + the voicelines made me laugh. The game is just difficult enough to keep trying again and again to maybe someday learn what is behind that door.

The game is very difficult but after a while you can get by. I really liked the music and sound effects. Great work
Voice acting is not something you see a lot of in-game jams, so seeing it was nice, graphics were a bit lacking but the gameplay was very fun.

Very cute game. I love the story and voice over. The game is using the Theme well, only downside is that the music is sadly way to loud. But other than that really fun entry!

I really enjoyed your game and could not stop until I beat it (and it was definately worth it)! Reminded me a bit of Enter the Gungeon. The intro scene and all the different death scenes were really funny :D
