How does your game fit the theme?
my game is based on some quantum mechanics ideas (Schrodinger's cat)

game fits the theme by having players explore a world with various maps superimposed until they find a door. Entering the door collapses the world into one specific map

Or in simple words the game fits the theme by starting players in a world with mixed-up maps. When they discover a door, it reveals one clear map.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
most of the code i made was from scratch except for the player movements, i couldn't do the modeling myself because of hardware problems

I like seeing the world change in real time and it would be interesting to see this fleshed out more.

The environment effects are very interesting to me, I'd love to understand in more detail what's going on, or why they are changing!

the description of the  might clear things up, if you haven't seen it

The game looks great, I'm not sure what is happening in the environment but it looks cool. I like the movement and different weapons. Unfortunately, the gameplay is unfinished but I think the concept is good.

Really like the idea of everything changing! Would definitely love to see the game more fleshed out, and especially would love a clearer goal from the start of the game, but overall it's a demo!

Cool concept, hope your game is further developed further!

The world environments are kind of cool. Good luck for finishing up the game.

kinda trippy, wanst sure what to do. the starting screen text was way too small to read. was fun though

Didn't quite get it but had fun running around and shooting stuff!

seems like a cool idea. i think it would be interesting if it was developed into a full game

Very nice game! I loved the graphics and how you can see the map changing when you go through a door!

The environment is pretty damn cool! I think if you add sounds and polish things up there is some real potential here!

The way superpositions are visualized looks really cool. I like how the map constantly changes and how it collapses when you walk through a door. Very unique and interesting idea!

I think the visuals are great, the weird world switching and stuff... There was not much to do but I really enjoyed just going around and seeing how the terrain changes. I would like to see this as a complete game or something.

Nice game! Environment looks very interesting and after reading your description I see what you were going for.

Of course it was very ambitious and it seems that feature creep was definitely your nemesis - for instance I like that there is combat and even different weapons, but given that the idea with the door changing the level is complex enough you could have probably just kept that as your main feature and put combat in the "stretch" pile. For game jams, usually one simple (but interesting and fun) mechanic is enough.

Nonetheless nice try, don't cut yourself short and I would definitely play an updated version if you make one!

thx for the feedback, very much appreciated.

Great effect on object and environment, but I have no content to play bro.

Yep, can't blame you, I've spent too much time on the theme and logic(code) thus didn't get the time to add the rouge-like gameplay elements, my apologies and thx for trying out  the game.

I really liked the graphics of the game. The environment looks incredible and the way the animations were done looked really polished.

Unfortunately, I don't fully understand how the game fits the theme, and I could make the player move for some reason.

Developer

In simpler terms, imagine you start in a world that contains elements from different maps all at once. As you explore, you eventually find a door. When you go through that door, the world "chooses" one of the maps, and the entire environment becomes based on that specific map. It's like the game dynamically assembles itself from different possibilities, and the door leads you to one particular version of the game world.

Developer

I know the idea is a bit complex because it's based of a complex physics theory by I hope this makes it easier, and I tested the game in the browser and the player moves fine maybe downloading the game might fix, but either way thx for the feedback

I can't open the game at all

Developer

ok I'm gonna try to fix the problem asap
