How does your game fit the theme?
It is not visible what is behind the doors of the hospital until you chop it down... however this is not always advised...
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes except audio under CC0 license & 3D player mesh.

This is really cool; I love the style. I think with some more work it could be an amazing game.
Got you to the 20 rating qualification :)
Interesting gameplay, liked that the health was constantly draining, fighting the zombies is really scary because of slow attacks, adds to the survival element :)
Nice work! The gameplay feels solid and the sound placement was really nice! (I used headphones.)
Having the doors hide the contents of the room is a great use of the theme and I could feel the tension ramping up throughout my playing from the constant life drain - cool mechanic! I think I actually got pretty far before a zombie snuck up on me and chewed up the rest of my health.
Thanks again for playing/rating Untangled. And congrats on finishing the jam!
This is a nice game! The idea and music is so great.Love it so much <3
if you have time, come and play my game, this is really good game ;)
Nice idea, the game is polished, looks good , it was a bit challenging to attack zombies (not a criticism).
so overall its a well made game
I saw this and was expecting a simple zombie experience, but you have made some really cool twists that I really enjoyed. I liked how you incorporated the theme with the axe, always gave a bit a apprehension about how many zombies will be behind the door, and the draining health mechanic was great to keep pushing you forward into danger but wasn't too quick to be punishing!
this kind of reminded me of project zomboid, i love the visual style you went with. the vision cone mechanic is great, the weapon hitbox was a little weird for me, but i really liked playing this
nice graphics and overall atmosphere! The sound helps with emmersion very well. The flashlight added a nice touch to everything and tied it together. Well done!
nice graphics, nice atomsphere, I like how you have to break through doors instead of just opening them, I don't like the flashlight it could have looked better if it was smoother, the movement was at the beginning a bit difficult but I got used to it, the main menu looks amazing tho gg
Very spooky. I bit too difficult in my opinion, also some feedback for getting damaged would make it a bit clearer that I'm getting hit.
Other than that a very good atmosphere!
Thanks for your feedback! We definitely ran out of time for polish + testing.
Just some suggestion player movement felt like floaty, making game less hard could been had done health goes down so fast. other wise game is good have a great day :)
Thanks for the feedback! Yep fair, we ran out of time for testing to properly adjust the difficulty.
This game is very challenging! I like the vibe! Good job!
Thank you!
The game has a tense atmosphere. I wish the axe swing animation was more exaggerated and showed the hitbox of your attack. It was a fun experience, anyway!
Thanks! Thats a good point, we'll think of adding an attack range indicator in the future.
i really liked the theme and the idea
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.
Really lover the game and the sound effects was really well made.
could have used 2d lighting inserted of raycast. But the game is well made and and the sound effect made it even terrifying.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. We'll definitely try using 2D lighting next time.
I like the aesthetic of the game, it gives me project zomboid vibes :D
Thank you
This game has great atmosphere, nice job!
Thank you!
