How does your game fit the theme?
It follows it mechanically and conceptually - mechanically through the puzzle mechanic of going through doors, and conceptually through the exploration of one's "doors"
NOTE: Don't resize the window, may screw with how the backdrops of cutscenes are placed (everything will still be functional though)
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, except for the music which is royalty free

Great work! I loved the door teleport mechanic, and I liked how every puzzle had a different mechanic to use too. I also think this artstyle is amazing!
Cool 2D Portal Puzzle Design! They're pretty straightforward, but still challenging! I liked it a lot!
Very well designed puzzles alongside good story. Pixel art and custenes were beatiful and coherent. It was very nice to play your game
One of the best games I've played so far in this jam. Very well polished and quite fun. The puzzles are very well set too. Oh yeah I noticed an issue that if you went full screen on the starting part of the game and press restart this happens.
Overall other than that, Great job!
This game feels so polished, the puzzles are the perfect difficulty. Probably my fav game in this jam.
I really enjoyed the puzzle mechanics on display here. Awesome work.
Visuals are excellent and sound, while minimal, is nice.
To be honest, the story was a little more than I needed. It seemed well written but it just wasn’t what I wanted in my puzzle experience. It would have been completely fine if I could’ve skipped the dialogue faster.
The puzzles are fun and the grid-based movement feels snappy. Very satisfying. Overall this is one of my favorite entries!
This is really impressive! Great graphics and audio, very nice story but most importantly great puzzles, they're really complex and well made!
GOOD GOOD GOOOOOOD. What a good design, had tons of fun with the puzzles and the game is super polished. Congratulations on this jam entry!!!
This is easily one of the best games in the jam. The narrative story that went alongside the puzzles was a great idea to keep the player interested in finding out what comes next. The art was fantastic (it looked straight out of a paid asset pack). The puzzles themselves were brilliant and obviously well thought out. In fact, they might have been a little too brilliant... the doors added a high level of complexity making the later levels extremely tough to figure out, I got stuck myself and had to stop playing after like 20 minutes on the same level haha. Difficulty aside, I wouldn't even consider this to be unfinished, you could slap a price tag for a dollar or two and sell it in its current state and I think it would be worth the money. The only improvement I would make would be to change the crate colors, as they blend into the floor tiles a bit and make it hard to take a step back and look at the puzzle. Great job to the team, you all did great!
Seriously fantastic game, awesome puzzles, awesome aesthetic, really great job!
Truly the best game I've played for this jam. The puzzles were surprisingly complex and satisfying to solve, and there's also loads of them. I have no idea how you all were able to make sure every puzzle was the correct difficulty on top of building everything in a week. AND write a surprisingly good story on top of it. Excellent work
Really good puzzles and aesthetic of the game (pixel art) is excellent, Great Game
Great puzzle game, I was enjoying the little mechanics and beautiful pixel art, wasn't expecting a story to give me feels! Great work!
i really like the puzzles! they got my brain braining, maybe a little too much tho, so a slight difficulty nerf could be pretty handy. other than that i really do suggest adding in some more audio cues like when a button is pressed, when a box falls into a hole, etc. a bit more visual feedback could also be handy like the doors having a dust particle effect and being brighter when opened (darker otherwise), and maybe adding a ui element with K(blue)+L(red) with the use similar to the crosshair in Portal, then make the portal doors entirely orange and blue instead of just having outlines of those colors. regardless, great game!
