Thank you, I'll consider making a post-jam update but no promises.

This was a fun game. It was confusing at first but didn't take long to figure out.

Interesting interpretation of the theme!

Nice idea of choosing difficulty but unfortunately I appear to have ended up softlocked.

I love the art style!

I like what I've seen of it but the movement seems too unresponsive for me.

I like seeing the world change in real time and it would be interesting to see this fleshed out more.

It's hard to remember what's through different doors so I just walked through random doors until I succeeded but apart from that it's a good short and simplistic game(I am definitely not biased due to making a game with a similar mechanic)

Thank you :D

Also thanks for the advice, I'll bear that in mind for future games.

Thank you for playing, while I wasn't the one to make the moving platforms, I would agree that they could be improved by showing their movement path like you said.

I was hoping someone would find that ;)

Hopefully we'll make something more polished next time.

Thank you, we are new to music in games so didn't do it this time. Also I will try to play your game before the end of the voting period :D

This game is good but there are a few issues I found which range from mild annoyances to making it unplayable. The platform section is the only section I have exclusive issues with as it's unclear at what point you have left the ground when jumping. To improve this I would recommend an implementation of coyote time. I was unable to complete the platform level as I started falling through the later ones. The platform section could also be made more enjoyable if you were able to make the player move with the platform instead of requiring walking to catch up.

I like the somewhat jarring visual style and the save system along with the cube puzzle and the riddles.

Sorry if you found this comment to be too critical, I am just trying to give you some advice.

I just can't get how to play this game(I did read the tutorial), the atmosphere is great though

Nice zip file, you did a great job on the atmosphere as a horror game(I'm too scared to get past the "Extract All..." level) :)

We made a puzzle platformer but it could do with more puzzles: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-11/rate/2517694

Thank you for playing :)

There are 4 levels plus a tutorial, maybe the menu room is not clear enough.

I loved the bit with the painting and the atmosphere is great although the cannon puzzle was a bit weak.

Sadly we didn't make any more levels but the positive feedback we have received may motivate us to update it after the jam(if we can think of more uses for the mechanic) I can't guarantee we'll update though.

Thank you for playing, I'm glad that you enjoyed the dimension mechanic :)

Thanks, we ran out of time and didn't communicate properly when it came to assets which is probably why it needs more polish.

Thank you. I expect that if we added more mechanics such as the implemented but unused keys it would open up even more possibilities,.

I hope you enjoy our game:

I may get round to rating yours but here's our game:

Here's ours:

My high score was somewhere around 70, I don't quite get it enough to score higher but it seems like other people do. also does the cat serve any purpose?

This was my first Brakeys jam and 3rd jam overall, the game turned out less polished than we'd hoped due to poor communication but that's ok as we can learn from it next time :D

Feedback would be appreciated.

I like the play on words with the theme. It would be nice if it was clearer where the cursor is pointing.

Here's my door:

This game is incredibly addictive but I'm unsure if buying time benefits the player in any way. It would also be more re-playable if there was a scoreboard and some form of permanent progression.

Thanks for the feedback, when it comes to the animation, we were close to having an animated sprite but things got in the way so we ended up using a placeholder sprite. Unfortunately we completely forgot to add audio and I'm completely new to sound design in games.

Thank you, the simultaneous jumping and reality shifting was https://hyru1e.itch.io/'s idea.

I'll play your game before the end of the voting period :)

I haven't completed it yet but I really like the art style. It would be nice if k and j were toggle able instead of being held down.

I don't fully get the probability system and just end up getting swarmed by enemies but I like the concept of having the player choose which doors to have.

This was shockingly similar conceptually to our game but took the concept in a different direction and with more polish. is it intentional that you can jump into floating exits sometimes? Also I found the player was difficult to control and the forest dimension sprites blended in with the background to much. Despite this criticism I still think you did really well :D

I got stuck there too :(
