The character controller is very satisfying and fun. The rooms could benefit from a bit more variety, and perhaps the upgrades could be more interesting, but overall, it's very solid.

Very fun and challenging platformer. The music gets a bit repetitive after a while. Otherwise it's great! I like the 8bit style and sound effects.

Simple and efficient, had a lot of fun playing it. I had a weird moment where several doors in a row made me choose powerups and then change weapon twice, I suppose those are random, but a check would be good for those cases.

giving vibes of old retro games, this sound design, the way of animation, love it

Cool game, overall I enjoyed it.

Graphics and audio while simple, have some charm to it. It's easy to make 8-bit sounds jarring and/or annoying, so I'm glad that's not the case here.

Forcing you to pick a type of gun every so often puts an interesting spin on the idea of picking up upgrades, as you may find yourself in a situation, where you previous upgrades are not optimal for the new weapon.

Flying enemies are im my opinion too small, where the jumping slimes are pushovers. Albo combination of low accuracy weapon + flying enemies + bullets going through walls is almost always a death sentence.

Game is very hard, but I managed to get to level 15. On which level is the boss?

This really feels like a modern Nintendo DS game, the art music and gameplay really shows you've taken a lot of inspiration from old arcade games, really nice!

Great game, super fun and natural! Many details in simple grapichs, I like that

I terrible at platformers but overall well done for a game made by only you

Actually fun game and the guns feel immersive. Maybe you couldve spent a bit more time with ingame mechanics then different guns but its still a great game for this amount of time!

I liked the idea but I think the enemies were a little difficult to kill

Really good! Its in my top 10 so far! Only thing I would add is some sort of GOW quick reload mechanic. Great work!

Really fun! Love the art style and the gameplay!

Very fun game, I love the little details like the bullets surrounding the cursor.

This is a very fun game! I hate the bats with a passion

I liked the game a lot! I liked how many different weapons you included. The sniper was cool. I think that the accuracy for most of the weapons was pretty low, but overall I really liked it!
