How does your game fit the theme?
Dive into a world where two storms wage an unrelenting battle for dominance.
--In CALM, gather gold, build and fortify your base, preparing for the inevitable clash.
--In STORM, unleash your fury: boost your storm’s power by killing enemies, and become STORMBOUND—a force of nature with enhanced speed and damage. Engage in strategic warfare, destroy the enemy’s base, and prove your mastery over the elements.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Role: solo Game Designer/Dev.
Assets were taken from Craftpix.net/Unity Asset Store. All systems were designed and scripted by me, char controller was from an asset. My friend helped me with the menu screen bg.

Very Cool!
Making my army and then sending it to battle was really fun. My only issues are with game economy, chests are too weak and if you have enought money even mines provide no value. Some level up system could maybe work, or buying more space. But it's just game jam entry not full game.
Otherwise compelling game. Good job.
Nice game!
Took me a while to figure out what to actually do at the start, but once I understood what game this was I enjoyed it, well done!
Bringing a lot of different ideas to the table here, very cool! I do think it's a bit tricky to figure out since there is so much going on, and if you expand it I definitely think some kind of tutorial level is necessary, but this is super impressive to build in a week!
I think you did a nice work making this! I think it's not that easy to make these fun, as these tend to be boring or have a lot of balance problems and aren't really playable. I think you designed a pretty good strategic game in such a short time.
There may be some UI responsiveness problems in the buttons or selections, and some minor bugs, but not anything too bad or game breaking that I found. I don't really like that it doesn't pause the game during the tutorial, because you can't build during this time until you press continue, and it's not really clear what's wrong or why it's not working. Other than things like that I think you did a nice job!
So satisfying to hit multiple enemies, I found the game pretty confusing lol a lot of things happening when the storm starts and I didn't know what was on my side properly, maybe I'm not playing right but I was easily overwhelmed by enemies, the little Storm Form was a fun little thing.
Great job though had a good time playing on my second attempt
Really cool and well made! I like how you incorporated the storm as a mechanic that benefits the player and it's nice to be able to hit multiple enemies at the same time. It's quite tricky to find a decent strategy at first but you get the hang of it. The building system unfortunately doesn't feel intuitive to use, I found it slightly annoying to have to physically move the stone blocks from the mines into a desired spot and the menu buttons felt misaligned in some cases. The mechanics however work really well together and make for a really fun gameplay experience, I'll definitely be playing again sometime soon!
Hee-ho. Super turbo cool. Very good game. Thanks for nice experience
Lots of different elements and game styles brought together in one.
Great job
to be honest, this kind of game is hard to be developed under a week, and you guys did a very good job. I love the art and the character evolution, the game feel very responsive but the built system is a little bit off, but in general this is awesome to make in a week, good job guys !
Hey, thanks! The game was developed solo :)
A Very pleasant game. Tad bit repetitive, but I still liked it.
Suggestions:
- the building is a bit difficult to do as it feels the build buttons are unaligned or do not always work as intended.
