The calm part is the construction of the road and the storm part is when the traffic starts and the cars are bumping each other.

Yes except the soundtrack and the sfx. The credits are in the description of the project.

This game feels pretty polished! I love the feedback when placing pieces, and the sound implementation is great! You have good ambient traffic sounds, and the horns and crashes are really fun. I really liked the small smoke particle effects that a car might happen after a crash as well. These little details do a lot of heavy lifting and making the game fun!

Nice puzzle game!
One feedback as someone trying the game on a macbook without a mouse, a dedicated button for rotation would help a lot because touchpad isnt great for middle mouse up/down input.

hahaha, this was so fun. It took me a but to realize that I didn't have to make sure that any car could get to any exit - once I realized that, the later levels became much more fun. I laughed when the first car was pushed off the road. nice work!!

I like the abstract interpretation of a storm as traffic. The graphics are also very smooth. The cars sometimes have funny behaviors one just started spinning, so that was pretty funny. :)
