Loved the pixel art and the story was a nice read, good job on this one!

A good start to a story driven game, the only issue I had is not everything was pixel art which clashed a bit and the text is super slow (Im a stupidly fast reader)

10/10 would accept a sus request from a big blacksmith again

Thanks for the feed back, yeah so is the issues of using free assets is why every thing isn't the same. Also hindsight is 20/20 and I will take the advice on the typewriting into the future and have the option to skip the typewriting and give the option to have the text appear instantly when you click a button!!!

The pixel art is really nice in this game! It adds a lot to the overall vibe and helps immerse you in the story. Great job!

Good job! :D

Interesting take on the theme. I has the look and feel of an action platformer but turns it around into visual novel territory! Nice surprise. Well done! Love the pixel art cover image too

Cool concept, the gameplay was just characters interacting but somehow it makes sense considering the theme. Good job and keep making games!

Great job on the jam! Don't see a lot of narrative focused games here, so it was a nice change of pace :) Small suggestion/criticism: if you're going to make premade assets, try to make sure they blend well together. Specifically, the characters and world is pixel art, but the background for conversations are high res, and the font doesn't match with either. Just a thought. Good job again, cheers!

Developer

thanks yeah assets for free are hard to find hard to fit 100% together, thanks again for the feed back will try finding assets that fit better next time.
