It starts like a calm game in a nice field, but then disaster happens and you are invaded by geometric shapes.
IMPORTANT: Go inside the house and check your plants, they need the attention...

the game is boring and incomprehensible.I waited 20 minutes for the enemies to appear, but except for 1 enemy, there was no one, and that's it
Unfortunately I can not beat your highscore lol but pretty cool game. I do like how the world would change like the house disappearing and then trees appearing. that was cool. I do wish there was a tutorial or better feed back on actions you take ingame.
Yeah, very confusing what you need to do to start well... doing something... Still, I like the vfx and movement. Biggest complaint for me is mouse sensitivity, so maybe a setting for that would be nice! Also some indication for the enemies and and a slower progression through the difficulty feels needed.
Edit: Also add some kind of music/ambience, it feels empty on top of being empty until you realize you need to go in the house multiple times.

it was a pretty cool concept but for a while i was kinda just running around doing nothin. the movement was really nice tho

This was a fun little game. I really like the glow effect on the water and on the bullets that you made. The movement was also well done. I won't mention the tutorial but that would've been nice as I was lost for a while at the start lol. if I had to say one thing is that I would add a mouse cursor so it makes it a little easier to see where you are shooting at exactly. Some music and sound effects would also go a long way, maybe even an upgrade system idk. Great submission :D

Just played and reviewed your game, and loved the art and the vibe.
Wish there was a tutorial, buuuut its a good game regardless. i think having some textures wouldn't hurt so graphics could use a lift up. The gameplay is great and if you polished it would def be top 50.

As others have mentioned, an tutorial would have been good. You can add more information on the game's page text to guide players on how to get started with it. Nonetheless, I have so many questions about your game! Why is the player so obsessive with plants? Why is the house so small compared with the garden? Why is that evil ball atacking us?? Hahahahah I am just kidding, your game has a nice premisse and will definitely looks good when you put more effort into it if you would like so. Great work!

I never really figured out how to play this one, I did really like the movement controller you had on the character though, it was fun jumping around. I only saw one frog, and I couldn't figure out how to get more to spawn. I continued to shoot my water around and shoot at the red flowers but nothing happened.
Yeah my bad, forgot to add a tutorial. If you check the house, there is a plant, if you look at it the storm begins!
Didn't know what to do at all in the beginning, definitely need a tutorial of some kind. Also when I focused away from the screen and went back, I was unable to look around anymore, had to restart. Still fun game! My highest score was only a couple hundred though :p
Thanks! Yeah, the mouse unfocus is an issue but I really don't know how to resolve it, maybe for the next jam! And definitely make a tutorial for next time ;)

If you are on Mac it is not supported. If you are on Windows a blue pop-up appears and you have to press the more information option, which is underlined. If this doesn't work/appear, well, I'm sorry :(

I don't know exactly what to do, but I understand the point, I suggest to add more enemies or more faster lapse of the Storm to make it not feel slow.

"faster lapse of the Storm" try to make the storm come more faster, but maybe is just the lack of enemies and interactions with the environment that creates that slowness , but anyways jus keep it up!!.
Oh, my bad. The storm does come fast if you look at the plant in the house. My fault for not adding a tutorial. I'm sorry for the confusion.

I think having the bullets appear higher up in front of the camera would make it smoother.
