As far as fun is concerened I had it but here is some feedback: The anti-lightning block seams a little to powerfull as the cloud doesn't move and it has a lot of hp so it takes quite a bunch of rain to destroy it maybe making the cloud spawn in different places and making the lighting take multiple paths would make it more of a strategic choice. I feel like the disasters that spawn could do so a little faster as there was a bunch of waiting involved which kind of taken away from the feeling of chaos that these should bring up. It would be nice if blocks would have an animation for being destroyed as in maybe they would detach and lose the hitbox so hay would fly away with the wind and getting smashed in would send them flying down towards the edges of the screen. The game could also benefit from sfx when a block is broken.

Fun game, it gets hard after a while but I liked how you can buy different blocks depending on what you need!

I love the music in this game, fits it very nicely!

Reall nice idea! Had lots of fun. One thing that would be awesome is if you could see, how many more hits the blocks you have can withstand. You did a great job!

A good bit of fun here, the anti-lightning block was the best investment of my life. The little house's design and animation is funny, though some of the other artwork could be fleshed out more. Otherwise simple and fun.....................

Well then there was this also...

cute game, I like the bouncing house. neat ideas too, wish there was more

quite a lotta fun, also a good challenge to try to beat the game. the gameplay was pretty lit, nice work!

Really nice and fun game! :-)

It took me some tries, but I beat it in the end. I only had one bug where the "pending disasters" went into negative values. But all in all quite fun, and the music was fitting too!

It was actually quite fun :D, but I got a bug in wave 4, a cloud kept raining endlessly and the game stayed there.

Despite that, I think the mechanics work quite well, and are fun. The art could be worked on more, and I found the music entertaining too haha.

very good job! :D

Pretty cool game :). Even though, at the third have, it became like an endless mode: with the pending values getting negative values, and being stuck to just rain. And it happened twice for me. But still, a neat game.

Hope that you'll also rate mine :) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-12/rate/2973690

Good game, I very love your music and game play. Although buggy but overall very enjoyable!

I really like the music choice. Every songs fits what you're doing pretty well. The gameplay is nice too, but I wish there was some more randomness in it. For example, the storm cloud seem to hit the same area (your house) again and again, so the player's inclined to place a bunch of blocks directly above their house. But overall I really enjoyed this, well done :)

Really cool game and good concept! Love the variation on the waves, enemies and blocks. Sadly it was very buggy for me so I had to quit eventually. Several bugs such as not placing blocks even though I had some, infinite enemies, and wave restart not functioning led to me having an annoying experience. However I really like the concept and the mechanics are interesting. Keep up the good work!

Good game!! Simple mechanics yet fun and challenging. The music is good and supports the gameplay.

Kudos!!

cool game, nicely done for a first release! I liked that you animated the house also :)

The game centers around protecting your house from a storm, which aligns well with the theme. The music enhances the experience, especially during storm scenes. However, there are some bugs, such as the negative numbers issue with pending disasters, that impact the overall gameplay. The art style and animations are generally good but could benefit from more polish and consistency. The idea of the storm attacks is interesting, though more variety in disasters could make the game more engaging. Overall, it’s a solid game with a unique concept and room for improvement.

Also, check out my game if you have a chance! Thanks!

the animations are cool, I had fun with this one :) I think a little more variety could be fun!

Hee-ho. Interesting idea. Cool music

love the cutscenes/animations/waves i think the slide out of the hotbar could be fixed. Also, the assets like the house needed more polishing I think (it's sorta obvious which are yours and which arent) so to keep the artstyle consistent you should have made the house smaller and added a border and minimalized it then upscaled it and added detail [just a friendly tip :)]

I like the sound track and the animation. The storm could use a bit more variety
