How does your game fit the theme?
My game fits the theme because it starts out on a calm sunny day, but as the game progresses it becomes more and more stormy.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All of the code was written by me from scratch. Most of the assest were creative commons assets that I downloaded.

Cute, nice, and chill game that fits the theme perfectly! The movement mechanic has an original twist, though I struggled a bit with it—especially the jumping and landing—but that might just be my platforming skills :)

One piece of feedback: the platforms (or the world the game takes place in) felt a bit empty. It would be great to add more cute props, like the plants or grass you used on the start screen, to make it feel more lively.

I also feel like the storm could use a third stage. Right now, you have sunny weather and rain. Adding a stage with thunder sounds, heavier rain, and a darker sky or lighting would help the player better anticipate when the end is near. Currently, the weather changes, but it stays the same until the game-over text appears, so it's hard to tell when the storm is about to arrive. Just a suggestion for future updates! I'd love to hear what you think!

Haha, I completely agree about the props. I was planning on adding some but ran out of time. Thanks for all the feedback!

Neat game, the movement felt a bit slow though, if there was a sprint button that would make it feel a lot better. Also, it was hard to tell where you were going to land after a jump sometimes.

The movement seemed a little slow, but good game nonetheless!  Great Job!

Cute game, did enjoy the graphics a lot. I wish the angle was set up slighly different as it was a bit hard to see where you where positioned between the jump atm. Great game :)

jump is kinda weird, the idea is nice, graphics are cute! Congrats on finishing the jam!

Jump feels really floaty (maybe try increasing the gravity next time?) but really fun to play! the coins definitely enticed me to the point where I died because of my greed a few times :P

Thanks for the feedback!

Fun game.
I think you can imporove the gameplay, it's not easy to know where you will land and it's easy to miss a coin when you think you are walking right next to it (maybe increase the collision box a little) maybe letting the player move the camera can help.

Fun game! great concept and the gameplay was easy to pick up. I like the small addition of sound effects  and Rain, it added to the experience! Well done!

Solid 3D platformer! The coins made me feel like there's definitely a way to speedrun and get all the coins while also going to camp, which is always a good feeling!

Depth was the main obstacle, as it was hard to tell where you would land after jumping. What would be helpful is a shadow cast directly downward rather than one realistically cast by the light. Regardless, I liked the character model and terrain - especially how the water waves got bigger over time!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I think a shadow directly under the player is a great idea!

I like your low poly models ! Maybe a faster pace could be an improvement (in movements and jumps), but overall it's a great work !

I like the idea, only suggestions are i wish i could sprint, and i felt like i needed to rotate the camera around. Other than that a great way to fit the theme :)
