I would recommend working on the physics, since floaty physics tend to be quite annoying in platformers. Level design could also be a bit better.

Aside from this, I love the concept and I love the game!

really cool game but you get bored by time and i can just jump over the chest and i just win the level , i like how you used the rewind mechanic

Nice game, although some questions. You can collide with the chest, which brings you back to the beginning and rewind your game while creating a clone of yourself, or jump over the chest and move on. The implication of using clones should be a little more mandatory, like just passing the level with 3 clones in the game.

Controls were a bit float and the jumps seemed to almost always barely work height-wise. I like the idea of replaying the level

The levels size also was quite discordant with the main mechanic of not colliding with your past selves, as it was quite easy to just wait a couple of seconds and then just go for the same route. Despite this, I kinda enjoyed the game.

I had lot of fun playing !!!

The levels were really big and sometimes a bit aimless, since I managed to skip through most of them without many problems. The levels size also was quite discordant with the main mechanic of not colliding with your past selves, as it was quite easy to just wait a couple of seconds and then just go for the same route. Despite this, I kinda enjoyed the game. The movement was a bit strange but, honestly, quite satisfiying too. The art could have been a bit more colorful maybe, but I really like the fire column. Good job!

Movement of the player was like controlling a feather.Other than that i liked the idea of racing with your past self :) Nice work.

I agree with other comments that the rewinding part of the game didn’t seem to have much of a reason to it. However I did enjoy seeing my previous versions platforming with me so that was quite fun. Also that slime is well cute.

I like the platforming in the game. I think my main problem I had while playing was that although the score at the end is higher if you grab more gold I didn't feel the incentive enough to continue to replay each level.

It's a neat concept! The jumping and movement are a bit finicky.

Submitted

Nice! But is it wanted that the player can jump over the chest and continue to the next level? The game is much fun anyway!

Developer

Yes you can move to the next level but the goal is to try and collect the chest as many times as possible to get a high score before you decide to move on.

Ah ok, thank you for your answer!

I runned a lot of the fire! haha

Such a great idea that you had!

what anxiety! HAHAHAH very cool game

I like the concept and where it could go if worked on some more but right now the rewind mechanic and the ability to acquire more treasure doesn't feel as inviting in the game as it could be. i think this could be improved with a maybe  bigger reward when collecting the treasure and maybe some sort of scenario where the treasure is less of just an optional aspect of the game. i did really like having to dodge past version of yourself along with having to keep ahead of that giant fire wall, it was overall fun to play

I agree with most of the comments such as the jump being too loud and the rewind not necessarily being needed, and i didnt quite understand the concept of the buttons. Either way, it was fun to play, and a good entry.

Really cool concept, I like that you only had yourself to blame as an obstacle in the game. It'd be great to see this taken further!

Good concept, but I never really needed to use the rewind mechanic.  Also there's a sudden difficulty spike for no reason a few levels in.  The music is pretty nostalgic and nice, but the jump sound might be a bit too high pitched.  Also there could be more level variety in terms of the walls and such.  Also using "W" for jump is slightly weird, but this is mostly a nitpick.

The gameplay is very repetetive! Player movement is very hard to control. And the game could use more levels.

Great Concept, was fun to play!
