In what way does your game fit the theme?
You control two characters, each with their own unique skills, that you must switch between and keep together to overcome obstacles
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All the code was written from scratch, be it I did watch a few youtube videos to get more familiar with concepts.
All the visuals and audios are free assets I found on itch.io and opengameart.org

This was a great start to a game! I was only disappointed that there wasn't more to play through (though understandable for only having a few hours a day - I did the same!) The shield mechanic especially was really neat. The only real problem I had was at the very beginning where I didn't realize you had to stand on the platform with both characters to move it.
All in all this was a fantastic little game and I hope you expand it out!
I was hoping the text "Stay together" would be a subtle hint to that. However, others have mentioned that some of the hints didn't really drive home the message I was conveying. Thanks for playing! :D
Wow! Amazing Game! I loved how clever the mechanics were. You guys are also the first people I've seen do a nearly perfect job when it came to audio. I know you ran out of time, and I understand, but I'd love to see this game expanded later. It's awesome. Great job guys!
thanks. It's just me, a single developer. I appreciate the comments and thanks for playing! :)
Ah! My bad. I read your Twitter handle next to your name as two people.
It's nice that you designed a mechanic that can be used in multiple different ways.
Overall, it's well done especially for 6 hours.
I really like the concept. The multi purpose for the shield is great. I would love to play more of this.
For the time you had this is awesome!
Thanks! I tried to at least implement that and make it make sense "as in 'video game logic' sense" lol Thanks for playing
A great entry. Enjoyed completing the game & sad that you ran out of time. The graphics are nice. You actually use all the mechanics you introduce. There are some glitches here and there but nothing game breaking. I had fun!
Keep it up!
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I call those glitches "part of the experience...for now - lol"
A very nice game, I enjoyed it! Felt too short, but it’s a jam, everyone’s constrained in time, no problems here. It seems that if you switch characters while e.g. holding the [D] key the previous character keeps moving to the right - not sure if this is a bug or intentional. The concept & art are lovely. A fun little game, great job!
I'm calling it "a neglected scenario that makes for a hilarious moment" :)
Thanks for playing!
Understand the lack of time to work on the game in a week... but despite this dop limit, the game feels good! Unfortunately, there’s only one level.
more of a concept than a game per say. ;)
Thanks for playing
Love the graphics and the mechanics. Solid game
thank you and thank you for playing 😀
Well done.
thanks for playing :)
I like the dual purpose design for the shield: floating down, and using as a platform. Nice game!
thanks! And thank you for playing :D
The game was great! A lot of different mechanics were presented here that work well together.
Thank you and thanks for playing 😀
Nice little platformer ! The music sounds great too. I just noticed a little bug : when you swap characters while moving, the first one continues to run. But with more levels, this could be a nice professional puzzle platformer !
oh wow! Lol I can't believe I missed that scenario in all my testing. :) Thanks for playing!
