In what way does your game fit the theme?
You play as an immune cell, and you must gather other immune cells in order to strengthen your abilities to fight a deadly virus.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All art is original. Although the code was typed by me, I absolutely drew heavily from a number of online references including Blackthornprod and Brackeys youtube channels, as well as Stack Overflow and Unity forum Q/A.

Pretty fun game! The enemy spawning was a little much and I got overwhelmed. Overall great job!
Interesting game, which makes sense with the theme!
However, it is too bad that there is no sound at all.
Overall, gg for your work!
i see the reference, #RealLife_Virus_Chasing_you_even_in_games
Pretty fun game but a little too hard. I felt a bit too slow when moving and when shooting, although I don't know if those get faster the more T cells you catch because I didn't manage to catch enough to see a difference. But even if I was bad at it, I really enjoyed it. Good job!
Thanks a lot for the feedback! Don't think anyone suggested increasing movement speed with t-cells yet(myself included). I'll definitely play around with that. :)
SImple but fun game, could do with some sound effects, the spawn rate of the virus is a little too high although I guess that could make this game a bit more difficult anyway because I found it hard to stay alive for long, good game overall
Thanks for feedback! Definitely regretting not having even basic sound. I've already re-balanced spawn rates and fire rates for after jam, so will be uploading that this weekend. Hopefully by then the basic UI and some sound will have made it in too! :)
Great game, simple but fun. I would reduce the spawn rate of the virus, I got overwhelm pretty quickly :P
Good work. I feel confused because it's missing some feedback, like I don't understand when I start feel more stronger or when my shoot was effective against de virus.
But the visual, five star! I really like the style
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely need to make it more obvious how T-Cells help you, and improve the way they do. (Increase health, health regen, and fire rate)
I did not have time to add a UI for the jam unfortunately, but hopefully that will provide that feedback for the player when it's added.
I'm happy you liked the homemade mouse drawn art! :)
Damn! I feel more useless than the WHO (World Health Organization) fighting the Virus!
Reach a point that they swarm all around me, and even catching the T cells, I couldn't fight them back at the same rate. The virus behavior works really well, point on that.
And as others suggest... a health bar would be appreciated (I, too, run out of time for extra UI info)
But the game is fun, and that's the important thing.
Great work! Congratulations!
Very interesting! There's a lot of things that still need to be improved but you have a very cool concept, a problem I had was that some enemies spawned outside of the playfield so that was weird... for the rest most other people have already commented what I wanted to say so I'd say you should keep going!
Dang, thought I got by without anyone pointing it out! I accidentally left an enemy out there I was using for testing. lol
Thanks for the feedback! :)
nice game idea ! Could add some sounds. But still really fun to play!
Intuitive and great take on the theme! The only thing that could have made it better would be a health counter, as I found it hard to keep track of health and avoid the ai. Well done!
Thanks! Yeah, I want to add UI elements, but didn't end up having time for that and a couple other things before the jam ended. :)
Very simple and clean. The enemy AI was surprisingly clever and do position themselves very well.
Thanks! I wish I could take credit for the enemy AI, but I'm just understanding vectors now so had a lot of help from a Blackthornprod video on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Z1t7MNk0c4 :)
I really like the idea of this game and works with the theme perfectly. Fu game, great job!
This is a great start of what can be a great game! I like that the gameplay is fast and intense! Shooting faster or a clear indication of what the t cells do when you get them would be awesome! Good work!
Thanks for the feedback! I definitely want to update the shooting/spawn rates, and wanted to add some UI elements indicating health and fire rate(which t cells increase) but didn't manage to make it in time for the jam. :)

The game is pretty cool. I feel like the player should be able to shoot faster because there are just so many enemies. Some audio would be nice as well. It's a nice prototype that could have a really amazing end product. Well done!
It would be cool if you could check out my game too and give it a rating. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/925013
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely still need tweaking on the difficulty side with both spawn rates and fire rates. Even if you survive long enough, if you don't have enough T cells spawn you end up being overwhelmed so I need to adjust that especially. And, would love to take a look at your game. :)
Looks like we had a similar idea :D
Cool, I'll check it out! I think 2020 got a lot of people thinking along similar themes... LOL
well i gues that makes sense I guess
It is a hard game, but very interesting and fun!
Thanks! Improving difficulty was one of the 3 or 4 things I had on my list but didn't have time for :)
