Although I didn't finish it, it was an amazing experience with the story telling and platformer experience.
The torch during the combat can be increased to see enemies better because I was sometimes getting hit from a place I didn't see.
Also, the checkpoints should really be made after the dialogues have been completed as they are not skippable and take a little too much time when you could be defeating the enemies that killed you last time.
But, these are just some problems that can be easily fixed in due time. Overall, an amazing experience!
Loved the graphics.. Loved the story.. Great game :)
The game looks visually good and is very polished. Loved the player movement and the story.
I need this backpack!
Really amazing, interesting concept and loved the graphics!
Thanks for playing! Hope you enjoyed our game!
Great game, I would like to see more of it. The game was a little hard, but I managed to beat it. I think it would be possible to release this game fully once you polish it up a bit. I think you were a great team, you should really make more together.
Besides that I believe while polishing you should try and see what you can do with the enemies, if it's where they're placed, or just with their code. What I found was that I was usually just standing still and shooting at them from above/below. This works, but I believe that you can improve on this. I also believe that you're making more for the game (after they leave the lab?), if so I'm sure it would be a nice idea to add in more enemies, possibly some bosses/mini bosses, new environments, and possibly some new 'puzzles' too.
You all did a great job with the time you had, hopefully you learned some new things too!
Thank you for taking the time to write us feedback. We will surely make more games together! If we decide to continue the development, we will most definitely polish the AI and implement a checkpoints system. Great suggestions!
Cool Stuff! I enjoyed playing! Find my review video below for more details:

Thanks for playing! Hope you enjoyed!
I love the art, really nice job! The controls feel good and the game is tense well done :)
Hope you enjoyed our game!
I liked the juxtaposition between the anime art style and the monster's art style. I almost pooped myself the first time that massive, red-haired monster showed up
Thank you for playing!
This game had really nice art and music. The background art is so good! I If you guys continue work on it, I just have a few small criticisms.
One is that I think that if you have a slow move speed, you have to be generous with the checkpoints.
The other is that those enemy rooms are difficult and I pretty much only beat them by "cheating" and getting on a platform and shooting them where they couldn't reach me. Otherwise I would get swarmed and stuck, and was stuck until I died.
But overall great! Good work on this submission guys.
Thanks for taking time to write us feedback! I agree with the move speed being slow and the game is missing checkpoints, unfortunately time was not on our side during the development. Really good suggestion nonetheless!
Awesome experience! I really loved the music and visual change whenever a monster room was activated. Really amazing atmoshphere and vibe all around. I have some minor complaints like the default walk speed being reaaally slow and some of the monsters being stuck on walls, but those are just details.
Thank you for your suggestions! Totally agree with the move speed, but sadly we ran out of time to playtest and polish :(
ok first thing first!
amazing job on attracting ppl with the screenshots and art!
And just WHAT AN AMAZING GAME I LOVE IT!!!
Thank you! Would really love to have implemented a checkpoint system like yours too!
honestly i think its really awesome
Like my fav game in the jam so far
I rated it 5 in everything
Am sure u r GONNA win this jam!
Great design
Thanks for trying our game!
Love the art, and also the way you play with the lighting of the scene, I feel the sfx coul be a lowered on volume a little bit but awesome game :D
Thanks for your feedback! Will take that into consideration if we continue the development!
Love the graphics and feel! Art is really great, especially the monster chasing you and when you die from the monster. The game felt a little tough when starting and every time you die you have to replay the whole intro again which was a little rough.

Rate my game back bro!
I'm speechless. This game was amazing. the art is on point. The music/sound effects fit perfectly. You could probably publish this game if you polish it a bit more.
Even though I think this game is amazing, there are a few issues. The difficulty curve felt expediential. It just suddenly got a lot harder. It just doesn't feel right. Another thing that you might want to look at is the dash feature. I think its awesome that you added such a feature, but it doesn't feel nice to use. It feels very rigid. My suggestion is maybe adding a bit of squash, maybe some particles, or even a short trail.
But apart from my small complaints, you have a REALLY good game on you hands. Well done! :)
Thanks for the kind words! I agree with you that our difficulty pacing is very off due to lack of playtesting. We do take note of particles and general good feedback implementations but due to time constraints, our focus was pushing out levels and mechanics! Thanks for taking your time to type out your feedback! Cheers
Loved the art and music. Level design was great too!
