How does you game fit the theme?
reality starts colliding and ghost Logorbs, or monsters start showing up. They cannot be damaged nor can they damage you hence they are NOT REAL
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
yes, aside from one character: "Red", a floating drawn by Modboy for our previous jam (used with permission of course!)

Cool game! I feel like the meele combat should be more effective but I liked it overall.
As in you should be able to kill monsters in one hit?
A nice fun little game, I feel as though you could do a lot more with this concept in the future if you want
Thank you! I am planning to do an update after the jam with new levels. improved combat, bug fixes, and just general polishing :)

Great job making this game! Interesting how you can check which enemies are real and which aren't. Controls felt a little bit janky when fighting enemies :)
Thank you! I will likely be updating the game post jam which will include more levels and an updated combat system, follow me if you want to know when that releases!
That's such consideration, adding an option for photosensitive people! I have to applaud you on that one!
Good job.
Thanks, I have been trying to add as much accessibility to my games as possible!
Nice Game! I really liked it that you added an option for photosensitive people!
Thank you! I always try to add as much accessibility as I can to my games! I was hoping to add more but unfortunately ran out of time :( I am planning on making an update sometime in the next month or two though, hopefully I can add some more accessibility options to that!

nice game, easy to get into but difficult to master - I need a bit more practise. Good job.
Thank you! I hope to do an update after the jam, improving the combat, adding more levels and just adding some general polish to improve the game a lot :)
The controls seem polished. Game is nice man, the shaky camera effect was great :D
Thank you :)
nice game
had fun playing it
controls felt satisfying
good job man
Thank you!
Cool Game! I liked the attacking and the exploration through rooms! I think in a finalized version maybe not resetting the players rotation may be better. There was a few times I was trying to attack and while standing still it would turn me a different way and I'd get hit. Otherwise awesome game and awesome entry!
Thank you! The attacking is something that will likely be addressed in a post jam update :)
Thank you for all this feedback!
I am planning to make a guide/tutorial kind of thing not in game so those who like to figure things out themselves with the game suggesting things can play it without and those who would rather just know up front what they are to do can read it.
Thank you so much for your thoughts, I will likely be adding some of these changes in a post jam update :)
The core of the game was fun, I still think lighting needs some work and the controls feel a little sticky but since the rooms are so small it works.
Thank you! I kinda disliked the controls I had set up but I had to move on or else not do as much as I wanted to do. What do you mean by the lighting needs some work? You mean how when you exit a room it gets hidden from you?
I think it just needs some post processing to give it some Identity, add some of that and then make some areas stand out more then other. So the sword for instance, you could make it glow blue and then it won't look as flat. Also in a lot of top down games there are small circular shadows under the sprites to give them more depth, although that's more of an optional addition.
Thank you so much for this feedback! I am making notes of all this so I can add it in a post jam update :)
So satisfying finding the next room. I removed some Bugs :)
The game is simple and fun! The concept is quickly understandable. The character feels weird to control, since he defaults to looking down when not moving. Levels also felt similar. Otherwise, great game!
Thank you for the feedback, I ran out of time to do side and up idle animations unfortunately. Do you have any ideas on how to improve the variety of the levels?
Nice game, enjoyable !
I had fun, but more improved graphics or post-processing would improve your game !
Good Job !
Thank you! I actually was planning to do it with my friend, who loves art and would be doing all the art but something came up so I had to go into it alone with no previous art experience. I hope to add some post processing and graphics improvements in the future!
Nice game, but make the player automatically look down when he is stationary makes the melee combat system annoying to attack from the sides or upwards, overall it's a nice game and the idea is nice too
Thank you! I was hoping to improve the combat system by having the player attack in whatever direction the last input was from but unfortunately I never got around to it
Cool game ! It's also cool that you allow to disable screen shaking.
Thank you! I really liked your game!
Good game, but also assign keys to attack. Because many people don't use a mouse and clicking on trackpad isn't that nice!!
Thank you for the feedback! I was planning to add controller support but unfortunately I ran out of time :( I will probably release a update sometime after the game jam with a few more levels, controller support, and some general polishing!
The game was fun to play like the simple art. only i can't hit to the back.
Would you like to try our game too? You can compete against all the players and put down your own highscore.
