Really nice game and great mechanic to avoid getting hit by the enemies. It's smart to have them slow down instead of a complete stop, it forces you to keep moving instead of staying at the same position. The game is a little bit difficult and I had some trouble controlling the direction of the light when my mouse was too close from the player. But appart from that, it's a really clever game, great job !

How does you game fit the theme?
Enemies that you are looking at with your flashlight will try and be sneakier. Some will go very slow, and others will just stop entirely.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Everything except for the font. Thaleah Fat Free Pixel Font (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/2d/fonts/free-pixel-font-thaleah-140059).

Wow this mechanic is super smart, very well done! I wish the music didn't restart each time I died, though it was kinda cool surviving for longer and hearing more of the music. I just really love this mechanic, and you did a great job exploring the consequences of it. The size of the flashlight was perfect, you'd snag a projectile, then walk forward and because of the narrowing beam, no longer be slowing it (then probably die). Very simple idea but with great execution!
I quit at the 5th level but had a lot of fun on the 4 others. I actually didn't mind the steep difficulty curve, I just naturally got better at each level by trying (and dying) over and over again. Since each level has very different layout and requires different "flashlight" strategies, that process kind of had to be repeated each time (even if I did get better overall), so I'm not sure having easier levels would really help for the harder ones (but I might be wrong). Mostly I felt like your game difficulty was "fair", I could always see where and why I made a mistake, so I always had this urge to try "just one more time"... until I passed the level. But it's definitely not for all players and requires some patience.
I also really liked the flashlight mechanic, it struck a good balance between reactivity and strategy, so it never felt like I just had to "get good", I could also try a slightly different strategy to get through levels.
Art and music are simplistic but fit well. Besides I was so focused on the flashlight and the enemies that I pretty much turned everything else off...
My only complaint would be that I didn't really feel like it fits the theme, but that's not super important.
Overall: simple but very clever idea, really great execution, had tons of fun, really great work!
Game is original and well done! I just think you could make 1 level thats random. Also it doesn't really fit the theme. :( I think you could make like - Flashlight will not only slow but also show enemy and projectile.
I would be glad if you would check out my game. :)
The music is epic. Lowkey feels like superhot. I've been feeling like making a bullet hell multiplayer game. Is it okay if I steal some of the game mechanics lol?

I played it on stream! Amazing game design ! the levels are made so that the ray is super well used. A great mixed between a bullet hell and Superhot !
Pretty interesting mechanic but yeah, like some others said, the difficulty curve is quite violent.
