How does your game fit the theme?
There is a narrative story about the end of a relationship and new potential beginnings after it.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
No, there is a list of assets used under "credits" on the first screen.

After the chores, I feel almost as done as after the real ones, except that they're still waiting. =D
Too bad that there were the problems with the camera. From time to time it was really difficult to navigate.
Thank you for playing, really sorry about the camera, it's already fixed for a new version after the jam!
Great game. the game looks realy good and is fun to play. I especialy like how you can just wonder off when you have to deliver the letter. also the town is so big. there are like multiple houses you can enter which you normaly wouldn't see. overall realy fun to play.
Amazing game. keep it up ♥
Thank you very much!
Good quality game, but movement was a little bit weird.
Thank you!
The game was fun and short. I would've like for a sensetivite option or pov option because it was very zoomed in. Overall a great game!
Thank you!
Enjoyed the overall audio and SFX. Broke a few dishes on day 2, though this feels consistent with what the character might have done given the circumstances! Definitely left wanting a little more closure, perhaps in a next chapter? :)
Thank you! Due to all the nice comments I do plan to continue working on it a bit more, so I'll let you know when next chapter is available. :D

Nice little game! One thing I would recommend is removing the "in queue" time for paying bills, as this just had me staring at the screen, waiting to play.
But, but then how would you understand what Sarah was going through? xD No, I get your point, that part should be changed or at least toned down a bit.
I enjoyed the calm and relaxing vibe and the music fit the ambient, good job!
Thank you!
Real life simulator
exactly xD
That was funny when you start day 2 off with that first task XD
A short and sweet game, I liked it a lot.
Would be better if the mouse cursor is hidden when you are moving around though.
Idk why but it felt lonely and actually a bit spooky for me while playing the game. I mean, I didn't eat or drink and suddenly I have to wash 10 WHOLE DISHES/PLATES. Also some rooms were locked, I thought something horrible was in there.
And let me tell you that I literally stopped before crossing the road, looking left and right before crossing it to do the final task. Luckily nothing happened xD
I think I'm paranoid.
Haha, well, you just got dumped, of course you're lonely! Not only that, but now you have boring housework to do!!
Glad and sad at the same time that someone noticed the locked door. Initially, I wanted that room to be an easter egg that only unlocks at the end at the same time with the front door that would somehow show evidence of a good relationship (some cheesy photo on the wall, 2 gaming computers etc.), but ran out of time so I left it as a mysterious locked door instead...
Oh my god a room with those would add so much to the game's story!!! That would for sure affect a lot of people's choices for the letter to send. That would have been so dope. Unfortunately the game jam has limited time :( Would have appreciated such a subtle way of telling the story. Brilliant idea!
A crushingly lonely game in which you do dishes, pay bills by telephone (I won't miss doing that IRL, but the game makes it comical!), and decide how to respond to your estranged wife via a letter in which you can potentially wax poetic about the World of Warcraft. Needless to say, this one will make you smile, or at least wince. Observe:
I had a good time playing the game; a few things like camera height and FOV/movement speed in such a small gameplay area had me moving around like I was drunk - but probably so is my mans, his wife just left him.
More chores could've extended the playability to further days, but content's the hardest part of a game jam. I think this submission's a great start, and the repetition of the chores is quite appropriate given our theme.
Haha, glad you enjoyed it!
Due to this game I am now a master dish washer and bill payer! :D It's very challenging to make a story driven game for a game jam but you did a pretty good job! Movement speed and mouse sensitivity was a bit too fast for my liking but it may depend on your input device. Congratulations, very well done!
Thank you very much!
Games > Maidens
Haha! I can guess what letter you chose!
Very nice game i love the models
Thank you!!
I enjoyed your take on the theme.
Thank you!! You would like "Miles from Home" as well then!
Super cool art style. and cute little story. Realy enjoyed the calm and relaxing vipe of the game.
Thank you!!
Really, really liked it. Cool little story, would have liked if it had more fov but other than that really good
Thank you!!
This is an interesting little story. The minigames was okay, and they fit games story pretty well. The FOV was a bit narrow, but I could live with it. Overall a fine little jam game.
Thank you!
Really good game and a lot of content for a jam game.
I recommend you just put an sensitivity and fov settings after the jam it will make the game easier to play at the start.
Thank you!
Nice little game!!!! The minigames were fun (I WISHED multiple bill paying was a thing). Cel shader looked beautiful, had a nice walk in town as soon as the door opened. It was a little weird not having the mouse cursor locked in center during the game, and I feel the camera was a little too short? Like I walked at door handle height. Besides that, very fun game!!!!
Thank you very much! Yes, I messed up with the camera and basic controls a bit... Will try and fix it up after the jam.
