nice game the controls were perfect !
Thank you for the feedback and for playing!
unique and stands out in this JAM, doesnt really fit the theme but the gamplay feels BUTTERy. The art was good though some textures are a little GRAINy. It is pretty hard to WHEAT tho, and when it becomes too hard it gets a little STALE. Overall good job its fun and unique. It felt well made, unlike some games that were kinda CRUMBY.
Thank you for playing and for PUNS!
Very nice game!
Thank you for the positive feedback and for playing!
Very fun game overall ahah, the theme makes it almost on its own, and the gamefeeling is great and pleasing, good job !

Thank you for playing! (btw you posted this twice)
One of the funnest bread-based games I've every played (and there's more then you might expect)! Seriously though, this is a really good submission, my only major critique would be it could definitely use some sound (there was none at least in the web version). Other than that, I really had a lot of fun with this game, well done! :)
Thank you for playing and for the positive feedback!
Bred Game Good
BRED
Fun game! I made it tot he Fast Ending :). Assume that's good :D.
Difficulty was just right for me (which probably means its to easy for others, but I got to enjoy the game :P). Died a few times, but insta restarting level balanced that.
Jam Sandwich dropping jam splurges for slow was a fun idea :).
Lack of Sound (on WebGL version) was a shame. On the last screen my character sprite disappeared. So the only way to get to the door, was to keep shooting, so I could guess where my sprite was :P. Assume that's a bug to.
All in all, a fun game I enjoyed playing to the end! Well done!
Thank you so much for playing! The difficulty was a problem for me because of my lack of knowledge in making bullet hells, and you're one of the only people who like the jam sandwich! (the disappearing is a bug)
To tweak and improve the Jam Sandwich, i'd say have it shooting from the start, and drop jam can can't be destroyed that slows the player down. Probably have only 3 out at a time or something. But the concept for it was great, and added a change to what came before :)
Mmmm...
breadbred.Hahah, cool game! Awesome idea and excecution.
(Woah, so many ratings? How p? Twitter :P ?)
Thank you for playing and for the positive feedback! I actually haven't been using any social media for this game to get ratings. Just being part of the discord for the jam and community posts!
Damn bread XD
I like the game, very challenging and the factor of controlling a loaf of bread is fantastic. Can the arena be a breakfast table? Or a snack bar. You could extrapolate the bread idea. good work
Thank you for playing! I wanted to make different arenas, but didn't have time sry :/
Bred! Fun overall, great variations of the bred bosses. Good job!
(Unfortunately didn't seem to have any audio, looking at the comments below I think I needed to try the downloadable version.)
Thank you for playing! Yes, the web version doesn't have audio and I'm not sure why.
Wow what a fun game! Enjoyed the theme you have going on and stayed consistent with it. Seemed a little easy as there wasn't a lot of variety in bullet patterns and for the most part I could just stand still without taking damage. Also not sure if it was just me but the browser version didn't have any audio(the downloadable was fine though). Overall, I enjoyed playing it and got the fast ending!
Thank you for playing! I tryed to get the difficulty curve right and failed, but some people liked it. I also have a lack of knowledge in making bullet hells, I did try to make a variety of bullet patterns. Some people are getting the audio for the web version some people aren't idk what's wrong with that.
Nice game, not too hard (which is nice compared to other stuff I played out there haha)
I don't hear any sound or music tho :(
The visuals are nice, shooting break is definitely fun haha
good job! :)
Thank you for playing! I'm glad (some) people like how the gameplay is on the easier side! No sound or music was an unfortunate reporcusion. Thanks for the positive feedback!
Great game! The shooting and mechanics felt solid, although I'm not sure how it fits the theme.
Also wow, that jam boss went from 0 to 100 really quick, lol
I would appreciate if you could check out my submission as well :)
Thank you for playing! I actually have checked out your submission, amazing game!
This is a really fun game. The gameplay feels like a classic bullet hell game. Great Job!
Thank you so much for playing and for the positive feedback! Love your game!
Enjoyed this game, lots of juice in the the shooting and movement.
Thank you for playing!
Cool, bred, but it can be cheesed easily.
Thank you for playing! I am aware of the ways to cheese the bosses, but the submission period is over and I cannot change it :(
You've got the fun gameplay down but I think you're hindering the game a bit with the (admittedly humorous) choice of bread as everything, because bread is not particularly good at telegraphing its next moves. So some unfortunate telefrags and sudden phase shifts caught me off-guard, which is a bit unfortunate. I still had a pretty good time and would love to see more bosses with more patterns be made. (I see the jam phase was a bit of an experiment as it's best tackled by standing still and doing nothing^^)
Making everything bread was pretty much a non-negotiable trait of the game fro mthe beginning, but I see the problem with making the game bread. In retrospect I should've added some sort of telegraphing. (finally someone who gets the jam phase) Thank you!
Classic Enter The Gungeon style boss fights :) Creative and fun use of bullet patterns, some of them remind me of the Mine Flayer, a Chamber three boss in ETG. Which is like remembering a nightmare xD just kidding, though.
Basic mechanics and gameplay is good, but I think that the dash mechanic could use some work, it was a bit difficult to use since it felt a bit like a blink or teleport.
I'd definitely play this in the future if you'd add some sick new weapons and some game feel!
Enter the gungeon was a really big influence on this game! Thank you for playing! I admit the dash mechanic was a bit thrown together at the beginning of the jam... But nonetheless thank you!
Heap of fun, simple but effective. Would have liked some more variation in bullet pattern design, but still a fun quick blast. I got the "fast" ending, so it must have been quick? Anyway I could murder a sandwich now.
Thank you for playing and for the positive feedback! I did try to make variations of bullet patterns, but because of time constraints and a lack of experience making bullet hells I sadly could not. Thank you though!
Totally understand - still a great entry, stay proud of it!
