I liked the intro and the idea with the bouncing bullets. We had a similar idea in our game :) The movement system holding W and aiming with mouse was what I had to get used to.  The sanity system also is a great consequence which was fun to play with! Gave you a nice rating! If you like to check out our game too! :)

The intro sequence was cool.

But I was fighting with my trackpad to aim in the direction I wanted which was ultimately frustrating.

You weren't messing around when you said heavy restrictions. Nice idea, you can definitely build off it!

I might just do that later on! Thanks for playing and commenting!

Really liked the presentation and style, but while the game worked fine for me, I found too clunky to hit enemies which aim right at you, aiming at the wall when you can't exactly move into another direction was a bit too much. But I appreciate the effort a lot, I think if you had movement separate from the aiming it would be much better, but overall great job.

Thanks for the idea about separating the movement and aiming - it'd likely massively improve the 'feel' of the game if I were to do that

very interesting submission! respect for the work that must have one in to this - I like your incorporation of the bullet hell theme, the movement seemed to get a little odd tracking the mouse at some points though

Quite interesting visually!

The premise of a tank controls bullet hell got me fired up, but it you need to add strafe buttons :D

Also, the 'e' button is too far from the up arrow used to move.

Developer

Thanks for playing! For information, the WASD keys also control movement which is close to 'E' but I should've added another button to work alongside 'E' which is closer to the arrow keys

Very interesting concept and execution of the jam theme! I experienced some difficulties with the controls: my mouse always aimed upwards. Is that supposed to happen?
