Things I like:
* Dungeons (check)
* Booze (check)
* Rats (not so much)
The idea is nice, movement is fast and snappy and getting rid of rats is always a good thing.
Thanks for making and sharing this.

Nice game, found the whole idea really cool. Combat was hard and kinda repetitive, but still kept me playing to the point where i needed to sacrifice my upgrades to take the key - seems strange to me for the game where enemies get progressively harder to manage your upgrades with inventory but you do you. Overall really nice entry!
This was a nice little game!
Complete and surprisingly quite long!
I liked the exploration of phobia as a theme, I just wished the thing would have been pushed further with much more spookier models for the rats and new features when in panic mod.
Though for one week of work, that's still a lot!
I hope you plan expanding it and going further and deeper in the fear theme
Also I may add, this is the most german game I ever saw! haha
Thanks for playing!
Yes, we ourselves would like to do more expansion of the theme, but a week is a week :)
We plan to fix bugs, make just a couple of changes, but leave this game as a jam game and move on to other projects we are working on
It's funny, we were inspired by Czech culture ^.^
But Czech and Germany quite strongly influenced each other culturally, so that's a nice compliment, we achieved our goal!
Okay I had to figure out the whole attack and run thing haha, but then it got pretty smooth and nice. Love the theme implementation, extra points for Kozel, good atmosphere. Fun stuff!
Thank you for further distilling the fear of rats into my brain. 10/10.
I pretty much enjoyed playing your game, it looks so nice and the atmosphere is pretty much there. Great work!
Hey, I played your game :)
Overall, pretty good and detailed for a 7-day jam, you should continue working on this!
Super cool boss fight!
I enjoyed the fast movement, the fear mechanics and frightened face, the rat animation and squik, the not too serious item roster, the limited inventory and the big character progression both through items and levels over the game, it's super cool to slowly crawl to eventually be able to mash the attack button. This game became more and more frantic and fun as you progress. I know it makes character progression even more satisfying but I still think the early fights are bit too long, maybe lower hp early enemies would have been a good compromise. I was also a bit sad to kill all these poor cute rats.
That was super fun, congratulations.
This entry was FUN! Graphics are great and love the overall feel of the game.
I really enjoyed punching rats, picking up bombs, finding guns and romping my way through the dungeon. Nice work!
The game felt a bit long without having any check points / save option.
Solid entry! Nice work!
Nice game! I really like the freedom of movement in combat - plus the ability to use any object as a throwing weapon - which makes it feel a little like Dungeon Master on the Atari ST/Amiga, my introduction to dungeon crawling... btw, the application woke up SteamVR so I assume you included some unneeded code/plugin? Actually that might be my PC being weird :)
Thanks for playing and for review!
Nope, that's not your PC. That's Unreals default build settings
We actually pretty surprised ourselves. We made games on Unreal Engine before, and we did not have this problem. But with this game we getting a lot of "Why SteamVR starts?" ^.^
When jam ends, we'll fix this :)
I loved the sense of power scaling as the game went along, felt very satisfying as I got faster at beating enemies! Huge fan of the model style too, they all had a very unique look to them. Game felt a tad too repetitive with how long the dungeon was, but otherwise was still pretty fun to navigate around! I just wish I stopped throwing my food at the enemy :(
Great game! I especially love the visual style and sense of fear/drunkness 😁
We noticed some problems during streams. We have no right to change the game until the end of the jam. So, here is some info:
Control on WASD
Turn the camera on Q and E
Attack and pick up items on the LMB
Weapons and armor that you pick up do not need to be used, they make you stronger directly from the inventory. Don't throw them away ^.^
Nothing limits your movement during the battle! You can retreat, dodge or even run away from your enemy
Especially while you waiting for the cooldown
Yes, the cooldown is quite long, but if you give it a little more time, before you know, you are the ominous strongest monster! :)
Good luck!
It took me longer than I'd want to admit to realise that you could avoid damage by backing up during combat
Solid entry, I think a key was missing somewhere and it prevented me from going any further but nice item variety. Your writing was also a highlight, great interpretation of the theme
after playing for a little bit more
It is really really fun to play but i've got stuck at the second room with 4 doors where you get 3 keys. I went back and used the 3 keys in the first room with 4 doors to get fk brno. Than i used the key from fk brno room to open the room with kafka which sadly did not have any keys so i could not continue. But still overally it was a fun experience
I do not like this, i freaking love this.
PS: Especially the "trdlo" part and other czech things.
