I'm a big fan of platformers and this one was great! :D
The controls felt very tight with no floatiness, and the addition of the dash allowed for a good amount of depth. I think there's a coyote timer in there as well (?) which made timing jumps a lot more satisfying since there was a bit of leeway :)
Great job!
Pretty classic platform! Well crafted and polished :)
Solid gameplay and cute world! Congrats :)
For some reason I couldn't find the second half of the key :/ I guess i had a bug or something
Thanks! About the key, you found the first half on the shop, right? A little bird told me that you can find the other half in the trash 👀
Yes I went through all levels a second time thinking i missed a trash bin but didn't find it... I guess it was right under my eyes at some point ^^' but didn't get to it sadly
Great game. I love the fact that you included a SHOP in the game! Haven't seen this on any of the other 30ish games I've rated so far. I liked the dash mechanic you implemented and your level design. Well done!
Thank youu <3
Nice polished platformer. The subtle stylistic choices (like alternating colors of your dash and attack) added a lot to the game for me. I really love all of the artwork and color palette.
Thank you :D
I used a Lospec palette for the artwork, i thought it'd fit really well
Nice platformer game with some interesting level design. I also like the upgrade system. Would be nice if the levels have some more background elements as the simple gray can be a little dull. Overall nice job though!
I needed to hurry up so the background ended up empty, and i didn't have any idea about what to put in there haha
Thank you, i'm glad you liked it <3
This one was really cool! The sound effects were spot on. Was this inspired by Celeste?
Thanks!
And yes, Celeste and others platformers were my main inspiration
Loved the movement and the dash mechanic. I didn't realize there was a shop until I made it to the final pillar haha.
Thank you! It's nice to know you still made it without using the shop :)
Took me a little time to get used to the movement (some slight ice physics) but once I did, I quite enjoyed this. I think the highlight in this game for me was the polish, such as the level transitions, and dash effects and so on.
Couldn't fix the "ice movement" in time, when i realized it was too late
Thank you for the feedback!
Solid and fun platformer, with smooth movement! Clever humor makes it a special little gem. GG!
Thank you <3
Very nice game. I like how camera moving so smooth. Many thing i can learn from your godot project, thank you!
Thank you too for the feedback!
I'm happy to see someone that uses Godot too, it's a powerful engine if you know how to use it
i bought everything in the store but im not sure how you get the last key. The game do remind the of super mario whenever he enters a door
About the key, maybe a NPC can answer you...
I enjoyed the humor and the controls feel great! Good job!
I'm glad you liked it, thank you!
Nice Job, a smooth platform game, and the color is just matching in a dream
Thanks :D
I love the humor of this game! I audible shouted "1000?!?" when that prompt came up...
I had to play a game that shares a name with my favorite Aerosmith song. I didn't expect much, but it sure ended up delivering. Turned out to be lots of fun, and I found myself going back just to make sure I had indeed cleared everything.
I'm glad you liked it! I needed to put these jokes xD
I don't know how i could forget about Aerosmith, i'll listen to it later, thank you!
Great game, lots more than I was expecting! Solid platformer with good self-aware humor :)
Thank you :)
