Pretty fun retro game. I love the art and the sound effect. Auto-shot would be better since it seems meanningless to shoot by pressing space.

Good job! I like the scaling mechanic! I think with a bit more balancing this could be great! For me it felt a bit too hard, especially for the first few minutes.

Pretty fun retro style arcade shooter.
It does get repetitive after a while and because the difficulty does not ramp up you can just keep playing once you get the hang of it. Definitely recommend increasing the difficulty as you progress to make sure the player actually has to work for it (and gets a game over because it gets too hard and not because it gets too repetitive)

I got to 20k points before I called it a day.

Great job !

Good game, graphics and sound effects complement each other well. Personally, the movement speed of the spaceship was too fast for me, which made the game seem more difficult than it actually is. Nevertheless, I liked it. Keep up the good work! 😊

I think this has potential, reading the intro got me excited, the sound got my hyped and then I kept crashing into stuff. I think the difficulty ramps out way to quickly. Maybe its just me, I didnt get to unlock hardmode afterall.

Good use of asset packs and resources. Everything looks and sounds very nice.

I might suggest implementing auto-fire instead of click to fire, unless you have a good reason for why the player should click / press space to send each shot.

really love the take on the theme, with the twist that you cause half damage when in reduced size - it makes for really interesting tradeoffs. Lovely music and graphics, I played it 4 times and got right above 20K, not sure if that's any good or if I'm just terrible :) I did find that I could just be spamming the space bar at some point, that was really fun to switch from an eco-bullet to an all-you-can-shoot buffet :) Awesome job, I could see this grow a bit and have some boss from time to time. Huge credits also to the polish with the nice intro / gameplay explanation. Great entry!

I love the pixel art style you did for the visuals. The audio you used was also very nice. The game is tough but in a very good way!

Great job!

A fellow retro space game - nicely put together I enjoyed the tune probably most but it was all pretty great retro fun.

Loved it! Great retro game.

I had one small issue on a run I did where I had the shrinked ship and I could not go "back" thus I got stuck in a hole and lost :'(

Nice retro audio that gave the whole game a great feel.

I like the intro dialogue! A few more variations on the cave structures and obstacles would help with gameplay. Nice entry!

Great job!  I used a similar idea, interesting to see how it was used in the context of a shmup.  I wish I could just hold down space to shoot rather than having to press it once for each bullet.  Overall great work.  I enjoyed the music too.

Good work overall.

Something seems off with the music - I hear it only on the left side (palying with headphones).

Would be cool if I could just hold space bar to shoot non stop.
