Why is this so hard !!! The rules are so simple, the game is telling me there are 3 sets in these 12 cards and I tell you I am STRUGGLING ;D
My brain must be wired wrong for this game because I feel just so dumb trying to find the set or sets that are there.
Didn;t stop me from trying my hardest and getting on the leaderboard with 90. Chased the mythical 100 but it didn;t happen :)
Great job !
PS: Pausing the game should invalidate the score for the leaderboard because it's very easy to take a screenshot, pause, find the set, rinse and repeat for an insanely high score ;P
Thanks for your comment. I changed the code so that you can pause each game only once.
The game it's a little bit tough at the beginning, maybe a tutorial in the game, in addition to the explanation, would've helped? Despite that, the game is very well made and of course, perfect for the theme! Nice job :)
Took me some time to figure it out, my score was very low before it started to click. It's still a tough game, but you did a good job on the execution!
Nice take on the game Set, I had fun playing. Graphics and SFX were both well thought out. Great work!
A delightful challenge of a puzzle game. The difficulty level adds to the fun, and the satisfaction of finding the right combinations keeps you hooked. It's a clever twist on the matching game genre. Looking forward to more strategic card-shuffling enjoyment!
Thank you. I liked your game too!
It's fun, but I've discovered that I'm terrible at this game!
I played this 1v1 with my wife, great implementation of the card game, with nice aesthetics and great mobile support!
One thing that surprised us was the length of a game session. We got both to 25 points and it was still going, so it might be the case that it's using an unlimited number of decks?
Thanks for your comment! Very glad you liked it! There is one deck that is mixed when reaching its end. There is no point limit to the 1v1 game. You are free to choose your point limit.
How does this relate to the game jam's theme, "Scale"?
The viewport is scaled up or down depending on the number of cards shown.
