This was so cool! Really impressive what you’ve done with the PICO-8 and jam limitations. Echoing what the others have said: the controls were tight, the gameplay was good, the graphics were lovely (loved the little monster designs, lots of character in so few pixels!) and the audio design was super good. The boss fight was a great finale for the thing

Music? Oh yes (Some of the music here, especially the intro one, do NOT sound like pico 8, more like a whole symphony

...How does this relate to power? Is it because you need power to break through the broken blocks with your bow? I'm just curious,

For what concerns the implementation of the theme, I admit I wasn't very inspired when the theme came out. I intended "power" as a form of "action", so I thought of breaking blocks, getting kicked by enemies and fighting a boss ahah :O

A game made with the pico-8, a fictional console that people are now emulating. Nice!
I like this game, although I do have some issues. First, is that when you take damage, you straight up go flying to the other side of the screen. Second, is that when moving left, the camera doesn't scroll until the player is very close to the edge.
Other than that, nice game.

I admire your choice of using Pico-8 to create the game; more power to you, buddy! I thoroughly enjoyed the game, although I did find the platforming a bit challenging.
