The WASD on isometric is very hard to use but the vibe and idea is super cool - if the controls are ironed out a bit more I think it could be great! Good job ^^

This feels like one of those experimental isometric platformers from the 80s, in both a good and bad way. The art and soundtrack is great; there is a lot of creepy foreboding atmosphere!

The mechanics are unfortunately quite bad. It's almost impossible to tell where you are while in the middle of a jump. It's very easy to fall off of platforms. The hitboxes for enemies are weirdly large. Collisions for hallways are strange. Various bugs. I couldn't finish because I got stuck on the other side of a warp and got stuck in an endless loop of death.

It's not unsalvageable or anything; all of it can be ironed out. For one, I would try focusing the camera on where the player's "ground level" is, instead of where the player is in the air. It might make jumps less confusing.

The audio is a tad loud, especially when sound effects start stacking on top of each other.

All things considered, good attempt! Congratulations on the submission!

Interesting game and concept that unfortunately can't really be played due to the instant death / difficult movement on many of the stages. Making the levels larger and giving the player room to breath in the level design would have greatly helped the player experience! Still, great job and love the art style!

Isometric has always been a challenge. At least in the presentation side, this game excels.

However, gameplay wise, there's a lot that can be learned from classic titles on how they solved the many problems we see here. Slowing down the gameplay, especially the player movement, would help tons. There is a lot of potential here, it'd be awesome if this gets the polish it deserves.

This game is so promising, this has some of the nicest art in the jam. I'll be watching for updates!

I really like the concept of this game, but there was a number of graphical bugs, odd collision boxes, and a loading error that locked the game up during a level transition in the rooms with the rounded glass walls. Because of this, I wasn't able to make it very far into it. The audio/SFX were nice, but they were quite loud (I turned down my PC volume to adjust) and another bug caused a rapidly looping high-pitched collision sound when standing in certain places.

The parts of the game that did work seemed good, though! The loading screen in particular looks awesome, and the graphics in general (outside of the bugs making some things invisible) were well made. The platforming felt awkward on the small platforms, and the bugs unfortunately did not help here, but with some sensitivity adjustments and polishing I'm sure it could be made much better.

The isometric gameplay is very interesting! I like the art and color pallet, the bugs could use some work but this is exciting to see, hope to see a refined version :)

Nice music and graphics (the head seems invisible sometimes, but it looks good).
The gameplay itself is a bit finicky.

The game is beautiful and the main music is very good, however the high speed of the player along with an isometric platform game made it very difficult to play, and there was a specific platform that when I was on it made a very loud repeated sound. The presentation of the game is very good, but the gameplay itself is difficult to play, good job and may the next games be even better!

I like the isometric artwork, really unique look while still keeping the gameboy vibes. The movement was very difficult for me, it seems to match the board but my brain just kept wanting to go left according to the camera rather than the board when I press A, etc. Otherwise, cool little sci-fi game with great audio too.

Really like the isometric look. I struggled to get the hang of the controls, and I think the level design could stand to be a little more forgiving.

the game for me was bugged, everytime I moved between areas the titlescreen showed up and when I got hit by mobs it also happend. I couldn't really pass the second room cause the character kept being dragged around and pushed by a mob that was by the door. With that said I think the game looks gorgeous, very pretty.

graphis and sound are 5/5. gameplay difficulty is a bit overtuned, the fast speed small levels, and isometric controls make it impossible to control. maybe it's because I have a high refresh rate monitor 144hz and the game doesn't take delta time into account.
