How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
For the GB part :
I tried to respect the GB constraints as much as possible !
For the spooky part :
You play as a Candle that has to keep his fire going during a spooky night.
Watch out for nightmare hands as you try to survive as long as possible ! Because once the fire is unlit, the only flame remaining is you, and you are the next one on the nightmare's list.
But, did it really happened or... Were you asleep all along ?

very nice concise idea and a great shot for a solo dev! I specially love the animations and art, very beautiful work. I think a coulple of songs and more varied sfx would go a long way too!
It's a simple game, but you still managed to evoke emotions. I got a desperate urge to keep my fire lit. A status bar letting me know long I had till my fire went out would have been helpful. That's the only critique I have. It's a solid little game for the jam. Nice job!
