Once you figure out how to blast jump yourself around and across gaps, the game is pretty addictive.  I enjoyed the doors moving you around the map and how you could always tell there was more map above.  Nice reflect mechanic as well which was a good replacement to jump/dodge.

Simple and effective, feels good to play, the fact that bullets can collide/bounce back is a pretty neat idea ... that being said I didn't find the boss, I guess I'm not very good at this ^^
